Thoughtful company, great customer service!
Interesting rug with it's dyed gold and grey white color and texture. It was not the high grade like the 'wheat' color I purchased from them. This was a design choice and works in our room very well.Our packages were lost in transit and they went out of their way to rush my order, refund the shipping charges and sent a gift of a cowhide pillow! You can reach them easily by phone. This kind of customer service and thoughtful response is, unfortunately, is rare these days.

I am pleased with my purchase
I am pleased with my purchase. The rug was not as white as I would have liked it to be however, I have a remedy for that. I am purchasing a white rug to go under it, to make the rug appear to be more whiter than it is. The cowhide rug is so beautiful. It will take some time to get rid of the new leather smell. Due to the beauty of the I can wait .

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect accent in my bedroom. There is definitely gray in there, with some ivory too, and then the silver accents pull everything together perfectly. It looks even better than the photograph!
