Great value for a good ol standard flight box
Used for my nitro planes, I was surprised to still find these! Better value than building one diy. You do have to put it together but it’s a quick build, good quality. Old school cool

Good quality kit with reservations
For the most part this is a good quality kit.All parts fit well and assembly is fairly straight forward. The instructions want you to use CA to glue it together, which makes it easier to build but I don't feel it makes for strong joints with the type of materials the kit is made from. I used Titebond and I was lucky to have clamps on hand to hold it together while the glue set.The hinge that holds the power panel cover on it is a joke. Trying to drill 2 holes through the side of the box and hit the center of an 1/8" thick piece of wood is just not going to happen and has zero strength.I ended up drilling 4 holes near the edge of the cover and mounting it with 4 #2 screws. No more hinge to get to the battery but I can charge the battery through the power panel anyway. If it wasn't for the ridiculous hinge I would have given it 5 stars.

Great design for the RC Flyer
Pretty easy assembly, I liked that it wasn't painted. Just the natural wood with some varnish and it looks great. The power control panel is hard to get, I am still waiting for it while it is back ordered. This is a great box for gas/nitro. If you fly all electric, you should look for a box designed for that use.

Expected something better.
The media could not be loaded. The plywood and the hardwood are ok, but there is few couple of be mistakes on this box:1- The inner box where you are suppose to put the starters is too short between the uprights, and also too narrow, the divider should be bigger in one side than the other. I had to cut the divider almost in the middle so I can put the starter upright.2- The length of the base where the fuel tank goes, is too short and it will not protect the plastic fuel tank base.3- Where the power panel sits, they want you to make a hinge with 2 tiny screws that are suppose to go into the side of a 1/8" hardwood, that won't last more that a few opening of the battery cage.4- Instead of making a few ventilation holes or apertures in the battery box, they left a gap of 1/4".5- The handle is hot high enough, mi fingers hit the starter, after setting the started upright, there was no way to fit the length.6- Quality was nice, except that, comparing with my former Tower Hobbies field box, which had rounded corners, looked much nicer.Modified the power panel to be glued and made a hatch with screws to the battery compartment, ran the fuel pump wires internally to be soldered to the power panel, used a 1/2 gallon instead, so it fits inside the platform. Installed an USB charger to charge small airplanes at the field. Instead of alligator to the battery, used the right connectors also changed the wires to 12awg, for better current. Installed an on-off switch.

What a piece of shit! False Advertising!
No paint, no logos or stickers....just a box full of balsa wood! How stupid. Should have just purchased one already built. The directions say that you are to put a screw in the side of the piece of wood that the power panel attaches to. Problem is that it is paper thin! Impossible to do! Will need to buy another piece of wood now!Take away....if you want a field box that looks like the picture you see here, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!. If you love to build shit just for the sake of building shit then go for it. I would rather spend time building (or flying a plane) than putting box together.
