Great for my Kolachskis. It's hard to find strawberry filling. I came across this and decided to try it. I have already ordered this year's holiday filling. It's good for 3 to 6 months shelf life so grabbed mine before it sold out. Great buy.

It is a thick, sweet filling, so I only used a small portion of what was sent, and mixed it with fresh strawberries. The end result was perfection! I used this in a strawberry shortcake trifle. Bottom layer was broken up angel food cake, then middle layer of fresh strawberries and the delicious filling, and then topped it off with homemade whipped cream and extra strawberries on top. I could have shoved my face right into the dish and licked it clean: it was that good!

so i found my new holy grail! this stuff was amazing and i can’t wait to try the other flavors, and it was a hit at the party.

Easy to use and tastes great

I love this filling! Adding fresh strawberries won't change the consistency, it doesn't thin out. It's not too sweet. I added a little lemon zest to add a little tartness. I also like the lemon and pastry cream fillings from this brand. Excellent quality products!
