Very nice costume. Look at the size chart. I looked at the waist size to choose what size I needed.

In the past when I have bought adult costumes, a large barely fit so I decided to go one size up to an extra large. It was really big. I was able to alter it to fit. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the tulle on the shoulders, it did not lay correctly and there was way too much of it even for the extra large. I ended up altering that part as well. The dress is very pretty and the material is very nice.

Purchased for my mother who wears 1x-2x, and it fit great. Very easy to put on her even with her being in a wheelchair. Paired with a blonde costume wig. She loved it!

Apart from being, in my opinion anyway, not all that cute, this costume has a few fatal flaws. One is that it's wildly uncomfortable. Is there sandpaper stitched into the seams? It's incredibly scratchy, I wore it to my toddlers' Halloween party and after two hours I couldn't wait to get it off. The second, possibly more problematic issue is that the velcro holding it together is not terribly strong. Bend over and it comes undone. Put your hands over your head, it comes undone. It wasn't too small, if anything it was a little large, but it just kept popping open. This would be less of a problem if you were able to easily and discreetly reattach it but the way it's designed it's hard to stick the velcro yourself. My husband had to follow me around reattaching my dress. So if you do go with this, do yourself a favor and safety pin it shut before you leave the house.

The top part is way too big and straps kept falling down. Not fitted , closure is Velcro not a zipper so I think that was the issue in design. Had to wear a shirt under to even wear it. Came super wrinkled and I had no way to get creases out. Very cheap material for price . Paid close to 50.00.

It's not unreasonably large -- just a bit too large. However, it is definitely something that we can work with. No way that I would give it fewer stars just because it was a teeny bit larger than expected. Also, by reading the reviews, I had already been given the heads-up that this costume does run a little big. But, I didn't want to risk getting a medium and it maybe being a bit smaller. I can work with too big -- I can't do anything with it if it's too small. We are pleased with the costume. : )

I wanted to like this costume but it just isn’t for me. For reference my measurements are bust 44in and waist 42in. This dress fit quite well on my waist but it was practically falling off on top.But even if I safety pinned it there is not much can be done about the massive and awkward white collar.Also I bought this because the skirt looked to be a little shorter than average, I was planning on wearing it to the Disney Halloween event and didn’t want a long skirt to get in the way, but I guess the model was just way taller than me. If you are 5ft 2” like me it will fall at your ankles.I really don’t know how this can be salvaged so I have to return it.

Arrived quickly. I am an XL and ordered XL. Fit exactly as pictured. Happy with this product all around.

Fitted so poorly especially for the price and was really itchy and scratchy on the skin!

It requires an underskirt to floof it up and prevent it from sticking to your legs. Otherwise a good dress. Needs a steaming, as expected.
