good value
4 stars because the holes in the mounting bracket did not quite line up with the holes in the sconce, so you can see the holes underneath the ball-shaped nuts that sink the sconce to the bracket. I purchased a matching rotary switch on Amazon "Gardner Bender GSW-61 Electrical Rotary Switch, SPST, ON-OFF, 6 A/125V AC, 6 inch Wire Terminal" and drilled a hole under the armature so that I can switch the light on and off.

A perfectly serviceable sconce for a transitional home
I've installed several of these units. They are a good value for the handy homeowner. Combined with a chandelier shade and a modern led chandelier lamp they offer an attractive illumination option.

Stylish and sturdy enough
The tube for the candle portion is a little bright white, but nothing I can't resolve with some paper or paint.

So pretty
Live in a cape cod & renovated our upstairs, I put these on each side of the 2 dormers. I had been looking for something cute & simple but elegant & these were the PERFECT fit. We put them on dimmers and they are absolutely stunning!!

I love love love these sconces
I love love love these sconces. I have the Pottery Barn burlap shades on them (which I have since seen a knock off at Lowes for much less). The quality is not reflected in the low price. Don't spend more somewhere else!
