American Furniture Classics Sierra Lodge Sleeper Sofa

I am still in disbelief how well this entire experience ordering large furniture items through Amazon went. I was skeptical but took a chance. Quality is great, delivery was great, comfortable and perfect for the cabin look I was going for. This furniture company shipped when they said it would ship and arrived when they said it would arrive, sending email and text updates. A prompt call was made to schedule the delivery appointment once it arrived at the distribution facility. Reminder texts were sent several days in advance and that day. Also, sent text when the delivery was 10 minutes away. I ordered all three pieces to the set and it was delivered on two different days. I thought I had lucked out the first time, but it was exactly the same reliability. Would definitely order from this company again.

Everything was great about this in the very beginning. It came very quickly, and looked just like the product picture and representation. However, the very FIRST time I was laying down on it, all of a sudden I felt it give away, and when I got up to look, the bar in the retractable mechanism had bent, and now it can’t be folded back up into a couch. I am not a heavy person, I am 6 feet tall and weigh 185 pounds. I tried several attempts to work with them to replace the item, and to no avail. Customer service is definitely not a priority with this outfit. When I contacted the seller, he denied my Amazon purchase, despite me showing over and over again my purchase. Even here, Amazon stamped me as a verified purchaser of this product, yet the seller refused to take any ownership or acknowledgment for me as a customer. Beware, beware, beware, do not buy from the seller! Never did get the issue resolved and now I’m stuck with a sleeper sofa that can not be folded back in. I’d say steer clear!!

The sofa/bed is wonderful. Beautifully made. nicely packed. We put a thin foam pad on it's mattress and it sleeps great. However, the contract between the manufacturer and the the shipping company says they will put it inside the house. Maybe not where you want it but inside none the less. However, when the package arrived by freight truck the shipping company only sent the truck driver. Very nice helpful man but how is he going to get a 235 lb. sofa/bed in the house. Even with the two,of us, I am 63 he is 62, it was not going to get done and leaving it outside till I could get a crew together that evening was not an option. Rain predicted. Fortunately my neighbor was working on his car and I got him to come help and we got it done. The product and shipping was fine but be warned on the delivery.

Very sturdy yet comfortable for a sofa bed. Beautiful tapestry pattern, I imagine it would look good anywhere. No regrets on this purchase, and Amazon had the best price around. We were a little nervous about ordering a large furniture item from Amazon but pleasantly surprised. You’ll love this couch!

Colors are much brighter and prettier in person. Arrived in excellent condition and we can't wait to bring it to our cabin next month. Love the fact it is made in the USA and viewed online video of it being made. Will update when it is set up with comfort and ease of pull out bed.

We haven’t had this piece a year and already the springs that guide the pullout bed are damaged and broken. Very poor quality pull out components. The sofa part however has been great.

Very nice everything we were looking for as a multi function couch and good quality

This product is very cheaply made and the cushions are already freying when we haven't even owned these for a year. Also, the bed frame started to come apart and we had to fix it.
