When I got the phone and tried to connect to my phone service, this was one of the phones they no longer use. Me having to return it, I hated to. It was a real nice phone. But I had to go to a phone company in order to find one that worked with my service. I sent the phone back, and was promptly refunded my money. I thank the company for their promptness.

Do not buy this! I have spent 3 hours on the phone with carrier for SIM card, then Samsung, then Verion, then Amazon just to find out it is locked and there is nothing I can do. It isa scam from someone. Thank you Amazon for working with me, though to get my money back.
