I bought this because I’m trying to omit certain foods in my diet like corn, but I like to thicken up my gravy and my soups sometimes so I heard about arrow root a little bit goes a long way I’m learning the first time I put in what I normally would put in for cornstarch and let’s just say I had silly putty for gravy. I used it in my sweet-and-sour chicken and it came out amazing but I had someone give me a recipe that showed me the correct amount to use. So far I’m very happy.

Really good organic arrow root powder. Really good for the price when I bought it, and one of the cheapest for the amount you get plus being organic. I got it to use in homemade diaper cream, and deodorant.

Amazing buy. 32 oz. bag and high quality Arrowroot flour, almost thought it was a scam! Works very well with thickening sauces, is scentless so it doesnt disgust the person who bought it too. Was very fresh when it arrived, and is still fresh even after multiple days unlike other flours. Though it's a given, this also works very well as a dry shampoo / texturizing powder on hair, absorbs the oil very well for oily hair types! Would buy again.
