Glazed and loving it!
I often make my own glazes and are interested in new recipes and tips for firing at cone 5/6. This particular book goes beyond satisfactory. It is filled with helpful and new ideas and recipes for the beginner as well as the professional ceramist. I appreciate and value the authors compilations of information in this book. Thank You.

Missing illustrations
A great book, however if you are expecting each glaze recipe to be illustrated you will be disappointed. I found John Britts book to be better for illustrated recipes. Some have photos and the trials are shown.

Good book to have
This is a good book to have in your glaze library. Although I already have some of the glaze recipes given in this book,I am looking forward to testing the ones I don't have. There are a few recipes for cone six reduction as well Thepictures showing what most of the glazes should look like are of good quality and make you want to start testing.
