Great drive for the price
I can't speak for everyone but this drive was easy to install. I have a tech background but it really wasn't required for the laptop I had to install it in. One screw removed, the drive slides out, new drive slides in, screw replaced. Yes, it was that easy. The drive worked without having to update any driver either. Bery happy with this purchase.

00 wasted on a product I can not use
I brought a cd burner that was wrong for my laptop. Amazon do not give u time to returned item. I only was aware of this 48 hour time limit 3 days later after logging back on the web site. $50.00 wasted on a product I can not use.
