Ordered two chairs. Part of the reason for the order was the promise I would receive the chairs by a particular date if I ordered that day. They arrived three days later than promised. But the price was less than half what I found for the same product from other vendors. Well made, chairs seem sturdy; all parts were there. Putting the chairs together was not a lot of fun, but they went together without incident by following directions carefully. (Thanks for the tip from others to carefully follow instructions.)

Easy to assemble. Squirt a little WD40 in the screw holes and you'll be fine. My chair is perfectly level. Caution the instructions label the bolts incorrectly, The correct order is "Step 2 uses BOLT C and Step 3 uses BOLT B." There were two small dings on one of the legs—but they are on the back of the front leg and not noticeable.

Nice solid chair. Love the color ( dark grey). Would have given it five stars but the hardware bag was open inside the box so I had to go to the hardware store to get the washers and a couple of other parts. Luckily at least one of each of the bolts were still in the box. It was pretty easy to put together.

Very disappointed. Loved the chairs themselves but 2 of the 4 chairs had imperfections that prevented proper use. Unbalanced legs, and wood blocking screw holes. I had to pay $135.00 to return the chairs because they were defective.

These dinning chairs are great! I was a little hesitant such from of the bad reviews but we love them! We got 6! It took a little to put them all together but I expected that. I posted this picture on my facebook and instagram and got so many questions on where I got them!Update 2021: Still LOVE them! They are still so comfy. Just not kid friendly lol (but that’s a given). Not easy to clean up spills but they have latest us almost four years (and we have three little kids under 5) and they are still in good shape. Definitely solid. It’s my husbands and mine go to chairs even for our desks. It’s that comfy.

This is an excellent office desk chair that arrived in a box that was well packed and all the parts were in excellent condition. My father assembled it for me without too much trouble, and he appreciated the clear set of directions that came with it. I got a narrow piece of carpet to go under it that was extremely cheap, and I wanted a chair with a narrow footprint. The chair has plenty of room for your posterior and is very comfortable with a good back piece. And, I was relieved that I could buy one chair rather than being forced to buy a set of 2, which I didn't need for my situation.

These chairs look beautiful and were easy to assemble. Unfortunately all 4 chairs I purchased were uneven after putting them together. I followed the instructions to balance them but each front leg seemed to be a bit different from the matching one. I was easily able to add felt furniture pads underneath the legs to balance them but I expected them to be a better quality with consistency.

Just received was excited yet skeptical because I read the reviews before I purchased. It's a nice chair but it was a little difficult to put in two front legs, and as soon as I stood the chair up the legs were uneven so the chair rocks, as sooon as I sat down the chair squeeked. I only bought one chair for my dining room table I need 3 others but I'm not sure if I want to keep the chair and buy the others or refund. I know they are cheap, so maybe it's just you get what you paid for.

The chair is very nice but there is a problem with one leg. I put it together and everything was fine. I threw out all the packaging (there is a warning on the box NOT to throw out packaging in case there is a problem) but one leg did not quite touch the floor. I figured my floor was a little off. I took it apart and put it back together again and still the same problem. Long story short, I took it apart about 10 times trying to find the problem with the slightly short leg. (And we are only talking about 1/4") but it still doesn't sit properly on the floor. I have ended up putting a pad on the bottom.The chair is comfy and looks nice but the rocking that happens without the pad is annoying.

Still good. Love it.

I just received one of the four chairs I ordered yesterday. If I followed the Assembly diagram instructions given I would break the legs because they have mixed up which screws go where in the instructions!!!! The larger screws go on the back piece NOT the front legs! You can see in the photo how The written assembly instructions do not match the diagram!! And there were only 8 washers when 9 are needed!
