I use this flat whisk daily. So versatile. It's close to my number one kitchen utensil.

Really nice quality and well made (see my video review).A few months back, I bought the cheap Chinese 3-pack for like $10 and they were utter garbage.Decided to spend a bit more in hopes of finding something better so I got both the Norpro and Mrs Anderson flat wisks to compare.Very happy I did!! 😀Both are really nice and excellent quality. Decided to keep the Norpro over the Mrs Anderson since it more closely matched the size of my old Farberware flat wisk, but either one is a great choice.

I really like these flat whisks. I have another one, but it seemed as though when I was grabbing for it, it was dirty. It's nice having two. The flat design gets into all the corners of the pans/bowls well. It washes super easy - just pop it into the dishwasher. I like that it's stainless and doesn't have any weird coatings. Very happy.

I love the design of the wires, the "feel" of it is solid.I use it for stirring sauces in a skillet.BUT, I would like the handle longer. My hand is 8" from fingertip to "first wrist wrinkle", and the handle ends at about 6". It just doesn't "feel" good. Cooking for me is such a sensory thing that I find great joy every time a use a sharp knife, use a tool that just _works_. This came 3/4 of the way there, but flagged in the home stretch.My ideal would be 3" longer handle, and ovoid rather than circular in cross section for a better grip. Oil on your hand and this is hard to grip.

I have been using this whisk for making eggs and I cannot go back to a rounded whisk again. I also use it for cream based pasta sauces and it just works so much better on getting an even sauce as it allows me to really scrape along the edges of the sauce pan. I would definitely recommend having one in your kitchen if you make these kinds of dishes frequently.

Perfect for shallow pan sauces where a normal whisk can’t get into the shallow liquid beyond the tip. I confess that 4 out of every 5 times I use this it’s to whisk the powder into a little warm milk and butter for my kids Mac n cheese. But it works great. Also sturdy and cleans up easily in the dishwasher.

I use it to stir sauces in a sauce pan. Because the sauce pan is flat, unlike a pot, it does an efficient job.

I already had one of these I'd had for a long time (many years) and wanted another in case that one is lost and just because at times we need to use 2 at once when I and my wife are both cooking. These let you get in the corners of pots and bowls better and they are easy to clean. I picked up an extra for my mom. Made very well. Looks just like the one I've had for over 10 years.
