Perfect for smoothies
I have been making smoothies for breakfast for decades. I prefer frozen mangoes when I can get them but they are just not available in my small town. The powder works.

Great fruit flavor
I’m trying to eat healthy, but ff Greek yogurt is so tangy. I add the fruit powder and it makes it so much better. Mango is one of my favorite fruits.

Powdered Pulp?
It has a strong mango smell and taste but it's lacking sweetness. It's kinda weird and hard to explain. I feel as though they juiced some mangoes and sold the juice. They were like, "What are we gonna do with all this leftover mango pulp?" So I guess they decided to dry it up and sell it as mango powder because that's what it tastes like. It's not horrible but it's not great. If you were trying to thicken a smoothie that is flavored with other fruits or juices, this should work well for adjusting the texture of your smoothie while adding mango flavor.
