You can pop them in your mouth fresh out of the can, or do a little prep work for a warm treat! You will be licking your lips when you're all done, wanting to savor every drop.My husband hates sharing his nuts, but he did let the dog taste them once. That didn't go well since it ended with a mess on the floor. Thankfully my husband doesn't do that anymore, and he just enjoys them by himself.I personally have no desire to eats his nuts as I always break out in a rash.Still, my husband raves about his nuts and just wont shut up about the new flavor of them. I'm sure my husband will love his nuts in the can until the day he dies!One last bit of advice, don't let your dogs eat your nuts. Apparently it's not something they are supposed to put in their mouths.

I ordered these because most places outside of the South have no idea what boiled peanuts are. I loved boiled peanuts when I was a kid. An ice cold Coke or Pepsi and a brown bag full of hot boiled peanuts was about as close to deliciousness as a kid could get. It was the perfect balance of salty and sweet. These are not as great as a fresh batch, but two minutes in a microwave was all I needed to transport me from my home in CA to my childhood in SC. I can definitely recommend this product to folks who can’t get a steaming fresh batch from a backwater country store and bait shop or their Grandma’s kitchen.I ordered both the regular and the spicy and neither were a disappointment.

Never had them from a can they are Yummy :)

Product is good taste good. None of the seals were broke on the can but five of the cans out of the six must’ve got damaged in shipment.

Years ago we took two trips down South and discovered Boiled Peanuts being sold at all the gas stations. I know...right? Well, never one to pass on food, I bought a small bag. I think they were gone before we left the gas station and pulled out onto the highway. At the next station we bought a huge bag. I haven’t had them in probably 20 years, but we often speak of how much fun it was to eat them. I did try to boil my own by the way, I don’t remember where I got the peanuts, but I may have just used Roasted in the shell. That could account for the nasty smell in my house for a week after I boiled them. Yuck. Awful. Threw them into the compost heap. Anyway, back to the original thought. These canned peanuts and salty and yummy. I added a bit of extra water to the can contents so there was plenty of brine liquid because I boiled them again for five minutes or so and kept them warm while we ate them.Which of course was very fast. They are so YUMMY. And they don’t smell up your kitchen. Hahaha. If you like boiled peanuts, try them. Ciao! PJ

I live in Maryland and I had never tried boiled peanuts until a guy from work brought them in after his trip to the southern US. Now, I’m ordering them pretty regularly. I could rant and rave about how much I like the regular ones all day, but this pack also has the Cajun peanuts too, which are fantastic and very flavorful. It adds a nice slight deviation from the classic recipes. You gotta try them!I could easily eat a whole can in one sitting. Nice and easy pull top to open, and don’t forgot to grab yourself a plate or other container for the shell refuse.
