We have used this batter mix for over 40 years and it never fails to add a crispy, tasty, thin batter to our fish, shrimp, and veggies. We love our Tempura dinners.

It does not look like tempura when cooked. It looked like cookies because it does not stick to the shrimp no matter how thick i made it. I wish it came with 1 box only, now I have to throw away 3 boxes. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I chose this brand because it's a japanese brand, so i thought my shrimp tempura will be the same as what we eat in a Japanese restaurant. But it was a big mistake. I was very very disappointed!

This was a wonderful surprise; we bought it just to try it.
