Knockout Rat & Mouse Killer Pasta Sachets

We had a huge problem with rats running along the terrace soffit boards into our loft. Attempting to block the passage proved difficult as the boards are asbestos. I had tried everything under the sun even observing them for several months using an IP camera. They avoided all traps (cage and spring), pinched the bait off the traps that they could get easily and left the rest and avoided all bait/trap boxes. I tried all sorts of baits I tried meat (as they black rats), grain, peanut butter, expensive NARA blocks, chocolate and nothing worked. The only option left was to use poison despite the possible risk of an inaccessible decomposing body; Sometimes it simply comes down to getting your house eaten and contract a disease OR poison, besides all pest controllers just lay traps and poison at the same time. This bait is amazing, the rats ate it up within a couple hours, pinched all of it laid on traps and no problem since within a couple days. It also contains fluorescent which makes the rat droppings glow under UV light for monitoring. Attached is an image of two at the same time, one eating straight out a tray and the other out the trap. Before this I never caught two at the same time in the same frame. It works.

Could not say how good this product is as, so far, after 5 days they are still taking the bait every day no problem but I do not know if it is doing the job yet, maybe it is too early to tell

I'd been using hard block bait to rid the garden of a rat. After months of all the bait being taken, I read that in my area a lot of rats are immune to the commonly used ones and thought this combined bait might work better. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to call a professional. The bait is being taken, I'm following all the instructions, but the rat keeps coming into the garden.Something which worries me about using this bait is the risk to the birds who frequent my garden. Messy rat opens the paper sachets to get to the bait and often litters bits of bait-infused paper around the bait box. I've also found crumbs of the pasta (like play-doh) outside one side of the box and in the tray inside it. I'm really worried that the birds or young hedgehogs will eat it and get sick or die. I didn't ever see any mess from the hard bait blocks. It might work for others and I'm using up the tub, but have put a call in to the council's pest control team to solve the issue. This product just seems to be making the furry little toad even fatter than he is already.

i can't believe I'm even writing this and wish I'd known about this stuff before. I had a mouse in my flat on Thursday. I cried, and was too scared to go to bed. On Friday I used this poison and bought 10 black mouse trap boxes. it's Saturday and there is no mouse here! I'm so pleased with my purchase. The instructions with this poison are also really good, explain how the poison works, where to put it and other helpful tips. There is also a contact number for further advice.

not as good as a well known competitors product (blue 'stuff' in sachets). The mice seem to ignore this bait all together. Really don't know why i strayed from a product that i knew was working well.... s'pose i just fancied a change in colour!

This worked well. If I was going to give any advice to purchases, is when you think all the rats have gone - leave more down for any young still around but not yet big enough to be able to eat this.

Product arrived quickly. Not found any dead ones yet but I'm sure there will be soon as they've taken what I've put out in the bait boxes.

2 days for Rat to sniff it out but it's now been taken. Hoping for a positive response. The packaging is very clear. I like the idea of the 50/50 ingredient split. The sachets themselves seem to be of very high quality. Will keep in my armoury.
