For the hardcover edition: It's like someone bought the original book, tore out the insides, ran them through a copier, then bound the copy with the original cover.The innards are just sheets of regular office copy paper. None of the photos or diagrams are printed in color. If I had known this is what I was getting, I would have just bought the e-book and printed it myself in color. I'm annoyed with myself for not opening it within the return window (bought it early and didn't actually need it until this week).
