Good coffee maker. Doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter, easy to clean, and the OEM filter actually works. Easy to program and operate.I'd recommend

Decent coffeepot. Reasonable price
Decent coffeepot. Like the very hot coffee brewed.Would prefer that you pour the water in the front instead of in the back. The 14 cup capacity is a bit of a hoax. They are only counting 5 oz cups. Most other coffee pots are measuring 6 oz cups. So a 14 x 5 is a total of 70 ox. A 6 x 12 is a total of 72 oz. So the 12 cup has more capacity.I would also like the ability to turn off the signal when brewing is finished.

Great coffeemaker despite no manuel
I wish the coffeemaker had a manual in the box that it came in. I had to call coffeemaker company, and they sent me the manual on my email. It us hard to open your email,and read ar the same time you work your maker.

Makes good coffee!
Basket is small, so use care when using paper filters or they can fold over. Easy cleaning process. 4 hour keep warm feature can be extended by turning off then on again. Hope it lasts longer than 1 year!

Works great but has an issue.
I bought my 14 cup coffee maker in September of 2023 and it was perfect for about a year! It makes the perfect pot of coffee! After about a year I noticed the carafe was leaning to one side on the heating element. I took the machine apart to see what was going on. The plastic pegs on the heating element where it attaches to the machine via screws had broken off. 3 out of 5 had broken! I tried fixing it with super glue, to no avail. So I put it back together the best I could. It still works like a charm so I have been using it ever since with the carafe leaning and the element holding on for dear life!
