I appreciate a good pun and wordplay as much as I appreciate ramen. I bought the spice without even checking the flavor profile. I just got it so I haven't had it on ramen yet. I had a small amount of leftover lays original potato chips, mostly smaller pieces, and I generously shook the seasoning in, shook the bag, and it was magic. I'd say this has a mild heat level, it tastes delightful, and it smells SO good. It does have little nori flakes but it likely won't trigger texture issues (I know that can be a make or break for some people). It's definitely versatile and I can see myself using this spice mix on a lot of dishes.The size of the container is larger than I expected, making it a better value than it may seem at first glance. No complaints about quality from me! I wish it came in a glass jar instead of plastic but even still, I'm not mad at it. I can safely say that I am fully satisfied with this product.

Love this seasoning blend. I have tried a lot of different rice seasoning blends by many companies and this is the best. It has more flavors than just salt and seaweed and just a tinge of heat. I serve it on rice, ramen, and even baked potatoes. Yum.

For some reason when I got this I did not know it was spicy. It does taste good but just too much spice for me. And I actually enjoy spicy ramen and I think I was just not wanting it to be a spicy as it was lol especially since I typically already put chili oil in my ramen so it made it overly spicy I just want it a better flavor. The quality was definitely there though.

This is amazing, adds a great kick to even the most boring ramen noodle flavor. Not just the taste, but the texture too. WIll be keeping this on hand for the foreseeable future.
