very nice goblets and good value for the money
I purchased 2 sets of these as I was going to use them as the water goblet in a semi-formal dinner. I love the weight. They went nicely with my motif for the meal of black, cream and silver. These were very nice indeed. I am glad to find them on Amazon as they are not available offline locally. They were received well-packed with nothing broken. Thanks so very much for stocking them.

Beautiful, but fragile. Poorly packaged. Good support.
When I ordered this, I was concerned because of the number of reviews mentioning broken glass. Well, same here. Two glasses arrived with either a big chip in the base or a broken goblet. I reached out to Libbey directly via email and provided them with my Amazon order number and photos. They shipped me a new box the next day and graciously allowed me to keep the original one. The new box had one broken glass as well, but now I have a bunch of spares. I have to believe, however, that they could do a better job packaging them so they don't break in the first place. So far, no issues with the glasses breaking in the dishwasher.
