Kenneth Cole Reaction Renegade_Collection, Peony, 20-Inch Carry On

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value!UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

I have taken this specific style of carry on the 20 inch version on SO many trips. I love that it has extra extenders that make it almost a checked luggage in terms of space. This is my Mary Poppins bag, because I can fit so many things in here when I travel my friends are always amazed that I can get away with just a carry on. I have had my checked bags lost before by airlines so I have low trust with checking a bag and traveling with a carry on usually makes me feel more comfortable. Love everything about this bag. All the pockets / storage areas are great for organizing. Easy to roll and ergonomic. Very durable! Love it a lot! Have ordered several colors now. Highly recommend and look no further!

The luggage is lightweight and is very pretty. I only gave a 4 star on durability the zipper was sewn so close to the edge of the fabric divider that it frayed on its first use. HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent and honored their lifetime warranty…and quickly!I was skeptical at first as I contacted Kenneth Cole directly and received what seemed to be a brush-off response directing me to the manufacturer instead. After I sent the information and pictures requested, their customer service shipped me a replacement within a week. The person who contacted me was friendly and very quick. Thank you, Heidi!

I knew what i was getting bc i have a larger version someone gave me used but i wanted a carry on size and this works pretty well.Only complaint is the handle doesn’t feel strong. It’s fairly loose and twists etc. other than that it ok. For the cost id probably buy again. It does meet the actual carry on size limit too so that was a plus.

Love the rose gold color; wheels so smoothly it’s a pleasure to roll around; light weight, fits everything I need for a week or two; fits well in overhead bins;I’m not a fan of the clamshell style, a question of personal preference, but I’m definitely keeping it!

This Kenneth Cole Reaction suitcase does not disappoint. This is the 2nd one I have purchased. Without spending as much as some of the other brands, and in my opinion built even better than the competition. The separation between each side is so convenient to stay organized. I like that they have a handle on the top as well as the side. If you pick it up on the side and set down, there are feet to keep your suitcase from getting scratched up. Just so happy with this luggage and I would definitely recommend over and over again.
