I can't live without this stuff...
I love this product and always have some on hand with my supplies. I use it for my mixed media art to bring depth to the paintings. This is thick enough that I can use with stencils. This time the product came shipped in an envelope and the jar was broken and product spilled into the envelope. I contacted the company for a refund and after sending them picture proof, they quickly refunded my money. I will continue to purchase this product anytime my jar is half full.

My new favorite Gesso
My favorite new go to Gesso. It's really think like Modeling Paste. You can use it to mold and or sculpt. I love it and the price is decent. I'm already half way through my jar and I will order another one.

this is theeeeee thickest gesso, ever. love this stuff and will be using it for all my plywood panel prep before tackling an oil painting.my only gripe is the plastic jar was damaged in transit, but i used plumbing tape to seal it back up.

Jar opened
Please pack your tub of grasp with tape on its mouth.. Two strips of tapes vertically upside down even better... It was all over the place in box. Quality is good

Expensive but does a great job
Used it to substate some plain duck canvas for this painting and after 4 coats on a 4.5 foot by 2.6 foot canvas with sanding on the last 2 layers it provided a fantastic surface to paint and draw on.And I still have enough left for another canvas the same size.I will definitely be using Liquitex again for my next portraitAlso it's not beige (as the description strangely says), it's pure white as you can see in this photo all the white is the gesso showing there is no actual white paint in this painting at all.
