- Rocket will begin to start up as the child pats along. You can hear various classical music pieces along with Rocket sound effects. Roll Rocket quickly or slowly along the table and the music will begin to play quickly, Allegro or slowly, Adagio! Rocket will have a gravity switch so that when the child points him in the air the music will start to play louder. Rocket is a playset too! 2 characters come with Rocket and can play inside and Rocket will recognize what characters are in their seats! Rocket works with the playsets he flies to by encouraging the child to be creative.

Pat Pat Rocket
Both my grandson and I were a bit disappointed when he opened this on his 3rd birthday to find that the view of the product that I purchased fromt he website( which is a different packaging than what is shown on this item review) showed all 4 figures with the item - and there were only 2 actual characters in the box, the other 2 were cardboard cutouts. Shipping was great -it came ontime. He LOVES Little Einsteins, so I was just happy to be able to find this item, even though I paid WAY too much for it! The rocket is a bit on the flimsy side... the top of the rocket is VERY hard to open and has popped off the hinge several times on the first day of play due to the difficulty in getting it open.

Went on a fun mission
I bought this product for my 2 year old son for Christmas. He loves it. We never really read the instructions, so we haven't been able to get the music to change speed. When you open the hatch on Rocket, it will not stay open. My son ends up pulling the hatch off and getting upset because he can't put it back on. Although, he really does enjoy pulling the stairs down and making the characters walk onto Rocket and take their seat (a picture is located on the back of each seat to designate the character meant to sit there). When he pushes them down into the seat, that specific character's voice can be heard(It doesn't work everytime, though). The characters fall out easily, but he still has a blast playing with it. I would recommend to any Little Einsteins fanatic!

Pat Pat Rocket
My 3-yr daughter loves this toy! As far as what it does, I don't think it is very educational but it reinforces how much she loves the Little Einsteins tv show, which I do think is educational. Moreover, she has so much fun playing with it. My only criticism of the toy is that I think it's a ripoff that it just doesn't come with all 4 characters. As much as you pay for it, the least they could do us supply all 4 characters instead of making you purchase them separately.

Mostly great
The lid to the rocket is the reason I can't give it a great durability rating. It pops off far too easily and my pre-schooler needs help to put it back together. Also there are four characters on the show and this rocket only comes with two-for almost $50 I can't get all four chacters? A little bit of a rip-off. Otherwise we love it.

Not as pleased with this one. For the price it should have all four characters. Very over priced for what you get.

got it for 1.99
never seen this toy but went to a used store that helps hospice and bought it for 1.99 then came home and googled it and its 89.00 to 199.00 crazy but my son loves it anybody want to buy mine lol
