Great For Us Plus Sized People
I absolutely love my new bike. I’m so thankful that this company takes into consideration that there are plus size people in the world that would love to also ride bikes with their children. I haven’t ridden a bike in about 5 years, because many companies don’t accommodate the weight of plus size riders. If they do, they generally want $3,000 or more for the bike and I just don’t have that kind of money to be putting down on a bike when everyone else can just got throw $130 at a bike at their local Walmart. Kinda messed up if you ask me. It sucks that I have to hang back all the time while my husband and kids go for a bike ride. Anyway, I was so excited when I saw the weight limits on this bike. I bought it right away and I’m so happy to be riding around with the kiddos. It’s such a blast. It’s such a sturdy bike, I don’t feel like I’m going to break it or pop a tire, lots of gear settings to choose from to match your needs, and it’s just so cute too. So happy with my purchase. Thanks for thinking about us plus sized folks.

Nice Girls Beach Cruiser!
We bought two Firmstong beach cruisers this summer. They are simple to assemble and well-made. The instruction book and manuel are easy to follow. They are lighter than some of the other affordable bicycles I've purchased. The seat is pretty comfortable with springs that give. Bought this one for my daughter who is 4' 9" tall and able to ride the 24" version. I bought this bicycle as an Amazon Warehouse deal and my only complaint is that they didn't repackage it - so the parts moved around in the box causing some damage (small tear in seat, few scratches, and possible rim warp) so wish I had bought a new one instead. I then bought a new 26" men's version on Amazon and it was packaged very well with no damage from shipping. If the cost difference isn't much, it's safer to buy a new one so it is in original shipping packaging to prevent heavy parts from banging against each other during shipping. That being said, we are happy with both bicycles so far!

Good Packaging - Easy Assembly
I bought this for my granddaughter so I have not ridden in myself. This review is more about packaging and assembly of the bicycle.I was impressed with the packaging. I always worry about how well the contents of a larger heavier package will survive shipping. In this case, someone has thought through minimizing friction and impact points and the ones that couldn't be eliminated were well protected. The bike arrived without a scratch or blemish.Assembly took me just under 30 minutes at a relaxed leisurely pace. I'm fairly handy and have assembled a few bikes before. I had all the necessary tools at hand. Assembly required installing the front wheel, seat stem, seat, handlebars, pedals and reflectors. Everything else came out of the package pre-assembled.

Rusted within six months STAY AWAY!
This chinese made bike has rust all over and its not even six months old. I mean A LOT of rust. To the point I question the structural integrity of the frame. I'm very upset that I will have to buy a new bike for my daughter next year. This was a 200 dollar bike. I could have spent half that at walmart if I wanted a throw away bike. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. I'm going to add pictures soon.

Looks & Rides Like a Dream
I'm 5'0" tall; I ordered the 24" single-speed model, and it fits my petite frame perfectly. I got the mint green color, and it's so pretty and girly...I love it! My husband assembled the bike during his lunch break, and I was riding around the neighborhood that afternoon. The box it came in conveniently lists the tools that are needed to assemble the bike. Make sure you have a set of allen wrenches, as a lot of the assembly relies on this tool. The Urban Lady is perfect for casual riding along flat surfaces. I own a mountain bike, but I like to use this cruiser when I'm just riding around the neighborhood and don't want to fuss with all the gears on my mountain bike. The coaster brakes are easy to use and remind me of the bikes I rode as a kid. The wide seat makes for a comfortable ride, even when going over small bumps in the road. If you want a casual, cute, affordable cruiser, the Urban Lady is a solid choice.

This will be good for causal biking but don’t purchase if you’re looking ...
The bike arrived put together for the most part but the remaining assembly wasn’t difficult. This will be good for causal biking but don’t purchase if you’re looking for something more than that. Color is nice and comfortable seat! Only complaint is that the tire scrubs when making sharp turns.

Missing several really important parts, only got one replacement part
I bought this bike and the matching fenders. Missing the seat clamp (have the seat and seat post, but no way to attach seat to the bike) and the nuts to put the fenders on. Parts bag for hardware was ripped open inside box on arrival, no nuts for the bolts to be found. I contacted the company multiple times, and so far, I’ve only received the new hardware package. 11 days after I received the bike, it’s still unusable. Really disappointing. Bike is super cute, but my dad had to come help me put it together. He’s a cycling coach and trained mechanic, still struggled to get some of it together.

Not bad
Cool bike to run the dog go the bank take to the River. Im a above average mechanic with lots of motorcycle experience so assembly was a sinch don't be scared. just don't mess up on the bars or pedals you may get hurt. Put medium lock tite (blue) on threads of pedals a pedal coming off could be a bad day The tubes are cheap going to need new heavy duty tubes already. Ok for a teen age boy but will eventually destroy it ThanksRon

Exactly what I was looking for
This was exactly what I was looking for! A cruiser bike with handbrakes, high handle bats so I could sit up, big comfy spring seat and gears. Rides nicely. My husband had no trouble putting it together
