Great for trolling
I've had several of these and use them for deeper reefs here in Hawaii. I run them fairly short off the flat lines at 6 to 8 mph and have no problems with spin-out. They get down deep, although I doubt as far as the 30 feet claimed by Rapala. They are very productive--pretty much anything will hit them from reef fish to pelagics. The only caveats; at the speed I run them they put a lot pull on the rod, so I use a short, stiff rod with 80 lb test. Also, the hooks aren't very heavy duty and will rust quickly.

Rapala magnum lure
Lure looks great. I purchased this lure for targeting Kingfish here in NE Florida. I will post again when I use it.

it was destroyed after catching 5 fish

Fantastic trolling lure.
This trolling lure is a must have. Always catches fish. Using it in the gulf I have caught numerous bonita. Even caught big red snapper, gag grouper and a blackfin tuna with it. This thing does not disappoint.

trolling at its best
Hooked a thresher with this lure and it held up great. Good action even on a 400lb wire leader. This is a great product and rapala never lets me down! Get this for your fast or slow trolling needs!
