I was really on the fence about such an expensive purchase sight unseen, but I'm very impressed with the quality of the heavy canvas material and the fit. I wish it were 100% waterproof, but it's very water resistant and it keep the dust off and protects from sun-fading of the cushions during the off-season. I bought it to protect my new expensive patio seating set from the summer monsoons here in Arizona. It fits really well and I don't have to remove all the cushions and store them everytime it rains. I just have to drape this cover over the set, I can leave the cushions and throw pillows where they are and I don't even have to rearrange the furniture much! I can do it myself (petite woman) but it would be much faster and easier with a partner. I haven't tried folding it back up to fit into the case it comes with yet. I get the feeling I wont be able to make it fit into that case ever again so i'll just roll it and keep it in the shed when not in use

Whatever you do, do not buy this patio cover or really anything from this awful company. I bought this patio cover just over a year ago. I live in San Diego where the temperature and climate is probably the least harsh of anywhere in the country. Within a year the material leaked (See Pictures attached) and simply doesn't work at all keeping out water. The material ripped down the middle (Also See Pictures attached). And one of the straps that hold the cover to your furniture broke off within 6 months. Again, I live in Southern California.... I can't imagine how this would work in other parts of the country like Michigan, NY, Boston, or really anywhere other than Southern California. I spoke to the manufacturer who was very clear that they want nothing to do with this and was very quick to state that there is NO WARRANTY on this product and they only do replacements in the first 30 days. So if you buy this in the summer and it doesn't rain until the fall or winter and you only find out that it leaks then, you are totally screwed. The manufacturer is 100% not helpful in any way and difficult to work with. I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Terrible company to work with!!! Terrible products. Terrible customer service. Let this be a warning to all customers out there there! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM URBAN FURNISHINGS!!!

I love this set, I bought the Jock Red. I thought from the picture it would have been more of a brick hue to the red but it's actually a true red. Either way the set is nice quality. Warning, the color selection did not translate correctly from Amazon to the seller but thankfully the seller emailed me to question and confirm my selection. It also does not come with the connector clips but they sell over phone for $20 and ship with order if you ask for them. The cushions are firm but comfortable and water resistant but not waterproof as per seller when I asked for clarification. The seat backs are low and the seat depth is long. I think we are going to really enjoy this for a long time to come.

We have a 12' half circle seating area and this is the only product I found to fit. It's sturdy and comes with tie downs on the corners. We've only had it for a month. So far, so good. The true test will be if it survives a couple of Texas summers. I did purchase water proofing spray but haven't had to use that yet, either, as it is waterproofed already.

I would love to give this a higher rating, unfortunately it was leaking in less than a year. We live in Florida, hot sun, lots of rain. We noticed in about 3-4 months after purchasing it started to leak a bit where the water would pool on top of the cover. No biggie at first but when you are putting it on for dry seating it is a big expense. It did however keep the prolific pollen off of the furniture during the winter spring season. I am now on trying to find another cover. I would highly recommend one with more water repellant. The bungie tie was a nice feature. Wished this cover just did a better job for us. If you do not live in Florida this may be an option for you.

The tie downs appear to almost require legs on the furniture to enable the furniture cover to be held in place. The furniture cover is made of very good material & the color is very versatile. In fairly brisk wind, it isn't noisy & is weather resistant as well as prevents major stains.The seller's outer packaging was very shoddy & there was no inner packing, thus giving the impression the item was really a well-used one not brand new as advertised.

Cover as described! Fits over our large sectional with table and side chair. Seems of thick quality. Our furniture is in a covered area however the pollen and mist seems to cover the furniture. Took off a star due to lack of color options. This is not available in beige tones which all of our other covers are. Otherwise great value for price!

cover is solid material that has so far held up to blistering rain storms we've had on the east coast this summer. easy to get on and off of the patio furniture. overall a good cover.
