InvictaMen's 3044 Stainless Steel Pro Diver Automatic Watch

I never write reviews but this watch is deserving of a few remarks. First, men this is the watch you need for weight. Feels great and perfectly fits any wrist. My wrist is 7.5 inches. Average wrist. The overall quality is well made. Sharp looking watch and you know you are wearing a quality built piece. The wrapping was very impressive. In fact, too well protected. Took longer to unseal protective wraps than it did removing a few pins to adjust to my wrist. Removing the pins are super easy. Just make sure you but a link removal tool. They usually come free with the watch. This model did not but my other models did. The tool is like 4 bucks. If you are in between what watch size to get, I would recommend for men nothing less than 40mm and up to 47 or 48mm. Ideally, most my watches are 43mm but a 47mm is the winner for overall look. Especially business casual and everyday look. A more formal event like a wedding or in my case, a divorce party....requires turning down to either a 40mm or up to 45mm. Anything under 40mm looks weak and child like. Too small and just holds no wow factor. My k-9 picked my watch so I'll see what she picks next time. Support your local animal shelters and always be kind to everyone. Except liberals.

Stunning and Beautiful ! I love this Grand Divers Watch with its incredibly accurate AUTOMATIC Seiko NH35A Movement
I absolutely LOVE this Invicta Grand Diver Watch Model Number 3047.I am new to the Invicta Enthusiast Movement. This past Christmas I received my first Invicta Big Faced Watch from my son. It was a Stainless Steel Watch with Blue and Black face and bezel (Model Number 20478). I LOVED having a Big Faced Watch at that point and within the past 2 months, I have purchased 3 more Invicta Big Faced Watches and love each one. I now have a total of 4 Invicta watches and I will most likely be buying more. They are just such beautiful machines that I love wearing. This Stainless Steel Automatic Grand Diver Model 3047 with its Green Bezel and Black face is so stunning. The contrasting colors make reading the time on this watch a breeze. It is not cluttered with intrusive designs or dials and it is not too big at 47mm. With that being said, it is much larger than any Timex or Casio or Seiko that I have ever owned yet I have 2 more Invicta's that are actually larger at 50mm. This Model 3047 has a 47mm case. So it is a little bit smaller than my others. The magnifier on on the dial window is an addition that is much appreciated as you get older. The dial window is made of a durable Mineral Crystal. The hands and time indicator marks have a luminescence that actually does glow in the dark. Unlike many other watches that I've owned. The band bracelet was very easily sized with very inexpensive tools that you can obtain over the internet sites. I re-sized my watch band myself and I am not a jeweler or watch repair person. It came out perfect with no struggle at all.The Green color is not loud, vivid or trendy. It is quite classy and adds just a splash of color to subdue any boringness that become the norm with the run-of-the-mill ordinary silver add black watch that everyone has.The Stainless Steel watch case is has a partial satin finish and a partial polished mirror finish. The case has the really cool Divers Helmet molded into the stainless steel case at both the top and bottom. This signifies that it really is a genuine divers watch and is capable of withstanding dive depths of approximately 1000 feet. Although most of us will never dive to those depths and the rest of us will never dive at all, the dive depth rating signifies the durability of this watch. And we “all” want a product that is as durable and tough as possible. This watches bracelet is another work of art. The center links have a mirror polished finish and the outer links have a satin finish. Very Classy and contrasty. I Love It !The Green Bezel actually does rotate in one direction only. This is to monitor air supply for the real divers that use this watch for its actual intended purpose. There are videos and instructions all over the internet that explain how to use a watch bezel. Very easy.My VERY Favorite feature of this watch is that it incorporates the VERY RELIABLE and very accurate Japanese made Automatic Seiko Movement – The Seiko Movement Model Number is: NH35A – Yes this watch has the beautiful styling of Invicta and it also has the reliable Seiko Movement.....In case you didn't know, an Automatic Movement never needs a battery replacement because it does not operate on battery power. The motion and movement of your wrist is what winds this accurate watch up. You can also wind the watch by hand by turning the crown. So I guess you can consider it a hybrid ? I'm not sure, but that makes sense to me.Speaking of the incredible Seiko Automatic Movement, the watch manufacturer did not want to hide this special feature from you or your admirers, so engineered into the back of the watch is an Exhibition Back which actually has a window on the back of the case to view the decorated yellow pendulum swinging back and forth to wind your watch. Again, no boringness here. Lots to look at and admire about your new watch.Another very nice feature of this beautiful watch is that it has a screw down crown. This is one of the reasons it is rated to dive so deep. Because screwing down the crown stem actually seals things up more effectively than pressing it in.With this watch, you can actually stop the second hand so that you can adjust the time to the exact second. This Grand Divers watch with its black face and green bezel is not heavy at all. In fact, it wears so much more comfortably than any of my lightweight and small Timex watches. Yes it is much larger and much heavier than your normal sized watch, but the way the case and high quality bracelet was engineered makes for a very comfortable fit and the weight and size is actually un-noticable.I am NOT a large man. My wrist diameter is 7 inches to 7 and a half inches. So I have attached pictures of this watch and what it looks like on my 7 to 7.5 inch wrist. In my opinion, it fits and looks perfectly. The style these days is the Big Faced Watch. So this size is very attractive.Wear this Beautiful Watch with a pair of jeans or wear it with a Black Suit to a business Meeting or a Wedding. This is a stunning piece of jewelry.Hopefully I have addressed all of your concerns or questions that you may have had. In case I may have missed something, I have added a few pictures to my review so that you can see exactly what the product I have received is like without viewing some modified, or professionally photo-shopped images that make the product appear like more than what you will receive. These attached pictures are raw out of my point-and-shoot camera with no editing at all. So enjoy ! Can you please do me a favor ?If you have simply enjoyed reading my review or If my attached pictures and description has helped you in any way, could you PLEASE mark my review as "Helpful" please. I would REALLY Appreciate that and it helps encourage me to keep writing reviews of my purchases… Thanks :-)...

Impossibly good looking and solid for the price
This is a great looking watch and is a mash-up of the Rolex Submariner & Omega Seamaster. I call it the Sub($35)Master. For the less than $35 I got it for and even if it were $55 I give it 5 stars. It's insane how nice it looks, the fit & finish, & how solidly made this is for the price. Even the bracelet is solid and the clasp is well made with 4 micro adjustment holes. I have and love my Seiko watches but not even they can do this at the price, and Timex doesn't even come close. Seiko has folded bracelets at the lower price point but they do have good automatic movements. I purchased several of these Invictas to look at including the 8932OB with the Rolex Submariner type bezel and the 40mm automatics, but this is the one I like most. The 8932OB is the same size but just looks slightly too flat and small even my 6.75mm wrists. The Omega Seamaster styled bezel on this one has a little more material around the outer edge of the bezel and more marking in the black area, enough to make a visual difference so that it just looks big enough. BTW, this has a 38mm bezel and 37-37.5mm case. It is Not 39mm as written in the description. It looks small for a diver watch design, smaller than my Seiko SKX013 and it might be too small if you have 7in+ wrists. There are other small differences between this and the 8932OB. The case has a more defined bevel, the lugs are is very lightly differently shaped, the crystal is slighlty thicker with a more noticeable bevel, and the numbers and markings around the bezel are different and more like the Seamaster. I like the bezel on this one better, it's more substantial, looks classier and more refined, and doesn't reflect as many little points of light so it's less shiny/blingy. I do wish this were about 1mm wider and thicker. The 40mm auto version is very tall, boxy and flashy, and looks like it is 2 sizes bigger. The one legitimate con is that the lume sucks and only lasts for a few minutes. Some other very minor and nit-picky negatives I can think of are: the minute hand moves around a little when the crown is pushed back in so you have to compensate 15-30 secs when setting it, and the brushing on the top of the lugs is noticeably different from the brushing on the bracelet. The crown doesn't screw down and although 200 meters is written on the dial, I wouldn't expect this to survive even 1 meter of water. You can't expect a screw down crown for this price, but crazy as it sounds, the 40mm auto version has both a screw down crown and a very good Seiko NH35 automatic movement for $90, $55 when it's on sale. This is going to make a very good beater watch that I don't have to worry about, and looks good enough to be a primary watch if you really just want something that looks good.

Excelente compra
Se siente robusto, con buenos acabados, me estaba pensando por el color pero es muy agradable a la vista, reloj automático.Creo que es una excelente relación de precio vs calidad que entrega. Seguiré comprando de esta marca.

Substantial automatic watch
Saturday, 11 May 2024 I've purchased several Invicta watches in the past and this is certainly the best of the lot in both quartz and automatic movements. The overall look and feel of this watch is that it is substantial. I would not say heavy. It feels right. The large diameter makes it easy to read the watch dial, the dial background colour yellow provides good contrast in both sunlight and low-light conditions. The bezel has a scalloped edge not a coin edge. This provides a more elegant look although it may make it more difficult to rotate the bezel. The Seiko designed and manufactured movement (assembled in Malaysia) is a well-known and used caliber with a predictable degree of accuracy. The watch band is heavy and large. For some customers it may be necessary to adjust it for a good fit. I am pleased with the purchase and expect to wear this watch as my everyday watch. Best regards, Michael Ennis
