My girls are die-hard Rapunzel fans. All day long, everything Rapunzel and I have to admit we have tons of Rapunzel stuff. This is BY FAR the best Rapunzel book I have seen!!! First of all it is very large, about 10"x 13". It is also about 30 pages long. The illustrations are beautiful and what we love about it is that it is illustrated in the style of Rapunzel's murals in the movie. We all loved the style of artwork she painted on the inside of the tower, well these all look like those illustrations.She is showing some of the amazing things her hair can do, and much of it is not stuff shown in the movie, so this is "new" information instead of just reading a book about the movie (which we already know by heart!). There is a beautiful page that shows her coming out of the tower long-ways, and to continue reading the words you turn the book and she's at the bottom. My girls are just mesmerized by this book and want to read it over and over (as do I!)If you are looking for a Rapunzel book that will capture your imagination and will never get old, this is the one!!!

It's not a recap of the movie in anyway. It's just all the things she can do with her hair, some are Rapunzel's imagination like go to the moon. Pascal, the iguana, is the only other Tangled character in the book.The art is really beautiful as well as is the typography. My daughter especially loves that at one point in the book, you have to rotate the book 90 degrees to read and see the tower correctly.I think as parents you want something you can read over and over and not tire too quickly, and this falls in that category for me and my wife.

I love the Rapunzel movie and I was excited to see that they came out with a story that was separate from the storyline of the movie. This book is a cute story just dedicated to Rapunzel's hair and what it can do. Almost like it is an extra excerpt from the beginning of the movie when she signs the song about her day and what she does in the tower. Illustrations are a different style from the film's animation but it is done in a bright and colorful way. Glad that we got this book.

Pretty illustrations, no story line, very few words, not worth it

My niece is in love with Rapunzel, from the movie "Tangled." She already has just about everything I've seen, or could think of, that has to do with Tangled. So when I saw this book at a Hallmark Store recently I was so excited! I purchased it on Amazon.com (vs. at Hallmark) because they offered such a lower price (even with shipping/handling included)! Her face lit up when she unwrapped her gift and saw something new, having to do with Rapunzel! The book seems well made and quite durable.

Saw this book while at Disney World on vacation and I just HAD to have it. I immediately pulled it up on Amazon on my phone and purchased it. This is the most beautifully illustrated book! The story is fun and not too long where you feel like you're reading a novel at bedtime. Every little princess should have this book!

So cute! Found out who the artist from the movie was and had to get this book. These illustrations are going to be used in future home art projects. :D

Very fun, quick to read book. The drawings are beautiful. Highly recommended for Tangled or Rapunzel fanatics. I like the artist and her work.

Book about a very popular Disney character. Well appreciated and liked by 5 year old.
