Miele Electro+ Canister Vacuum Marine Blue Performance Pack (2 Items)

I've owned this vacuum for one month. Previously, I had owned an Electrolux for over 25 yrs. When It finally died, I looked at purchasing a new Electrolux. I was dismayed at the negative comments; cheaply made, doesn't compare to older models, etc. Your product had high ratings and this model was not made in China - which was important to me. The taking off/re-attaching of your attachments is very easy. This vacuum is light weight and is easy to move around. I like that there are several different levels of suction. I also am enjoying the extension of your wand. I've already used that in reaching/cleaning out my ceiling air vents. I had contacted your company about the condition of the shipping box on arrival. The vacuum had been totally protected by the Styrofoam, but you still reassured me with the excellent warranty this vacuum has. All-in-all, I would definitely purchase this again.

I’m a huge Miele fan as this is the third time we have purchase this brand. Works great, is light but durable and easy to change the bags and swap attachments

I am very impressed with this so far. Having 4 little dogs it seems I vacuum daily and the normal lifespan of Walmart vacuums was about 2-2 1/2 years. Since I’ve only had the miele for about a month I cannot speak for its lifespan but I can tell you after vacuuming I literally got down on the floor to look for those dog hairs that are always imbedded in the carpet... there was hardly anything left. I went through a bag in 3 days but now that I’ve been sweeping daily with the miele a bag lasts me nearly a month. So my old vacuum was leaving a lot behind. Coming from an upright to a canister is a bit cumbersome but I think that will change as I get used to it. Overall I am absolutely impressed with its performance, my only gripe is that the power head has an automatic shut off if you suck up a cord or shoelace mine will shut off randomly. However, the switch is on the handle and only takes a second to turn back on. I’d rather it be overly sensitive than not at all. It does seem to regain suction with each bag change too. Now, I’ll just have to see if it can holdup to daily use for more than 2 years.

I bought this vacuum in 2019. It has worked beautifully and been an excellent cleaner. I loved it until I couldn’t get it to work anymore 4 years later. I’d say it’s worked intermittently despite much troubleshooting on my part after 3 years. No biggie, I assume I can take it to my local vacuum repair shop and have it worked on. I have loved this vacuum and would gladly pay to have it fixed. Sadly, Miele is very exclusive about who is able to service their vacuums. If a shop doesn’t sell a lot of them per month, they don’t allow them to sell their parts or service. This eliminates a lot of small town places. I would check that there is a shop near you that can service Miele before buying. If you live far away from the nearest place I would strongly recommend working with whatever brand your local place will service and easily get parts to. Otherwise, when it has issues a few years down the line you’ll be out the money you spent on it like I am. Also, most people that work in those shops are a wealth of information and know way more about the pros and cons of vacuum cleaners than I could have ever realized. Live and learn!

Very quiet, very strong suction, great at cleaning deep pile carpeting as well as bare floors. Easy to maneuver and doesn't "tip over" like our other canister. It was very convenient to get all of the extra bags and filters as part of the package up front. Small size of canister makes it so easy to move around and store. Only downside (minor in my opinion) is that the bags are small so don't hold a lot, seem to fill up fast since it cleans so well. The crevice tool and dusting brush are also small. If it lasts for the predicted 20 years, it's well worth the expense!

This is the vacuum I have been looking for. I had a great Kenmore with a power head for 35 years. When it finally quit forever I naturally bought another Kenmore. I was unhappy from the start. All parts were plastic and it died after two years. This Miele is excellent. It's made well and is so easy to operate. The power head is amazing. After the first use my carpets looked brand new. It truly sucked up deep down dirt and pet hair. The power head is a little heavy but not a problem. The vacuum itself is lightweight and stands easily on end in tight places. So far, I love this vacuum!!

I really hate to clean, but I also really hate a dirty apartment... this vacuum solves the dilemma. It is quiet, powerful, light and really picks up cat hair! My rugs are so clean they are soft, and the wood floors are squeaky clean. LOVE.I followed the Miele on line vacuum recommender: (wooden floors, oriental rugs, two cats, one child) and it recommended this model. No complaints! I almost like vacuuming now...

I purchased this canister vacuum to clean new laminate floors and a carpeted bedroom. I have a dog that sheds, and a special needs child that leaves messes everywhere. I researched for three months to replace the bagless dyson I had. I wanted one with a bag and an air filter that is lightweight, and has attachments. The bagless ones always seem to smell. It was easy to assemble, except for the mystery plug coming from the end of the hose, which I watched a video at the Vacuum Cleaner Market and found out where it goes. The suction power is amazing, both for the wand and the carpet brush attachment. Would definitely recommend!!
