These are high quality for a great price
These are restaurant quality pans for a great price. They have held up great, no crooked cakes or leaks. I haven’t had any sticking uses (while also using parchment paper and greased) . The size is a great size for an “in-between” size that isn’t used super often but is very helpful.

Great cake pans! No problems or issues. Remove labels immediately, for easiest removal.
Also, after the cake for my Hubs birthday was removed, I simply ran a bit of water in it, letting it soak for a few minutes, and it washed perfectly! Treated it as I do my good, very expensive cookware. Soaking cures all ills :) I loved the shape of the straight sides, which made for very easy decorating, and I did use parchment paper rounds, greased, which released wonderfully. Great item for all cooks/bakers!

Love it. I suggest buying 2
I bought one pan for the overage I always have from my carrot cake. I ultimately decided to use 2 x 8" rounds and make the cake smaller which gave me more for the 4" to make a mini cake. Worked out perfectly and I was very pleased. Make sure to adjust your cooking time and temperature as recommend by the manufacturer. I also recommend lining the bottom and sides all the way up with parchment paper for gooey or very moist cakes.

Super straight sides
These cake pans really do make a straighter cake. So straight I almost couldn’t get my cookie cake out when I waited too long and it was fully cool!😅If you want professional results, these pans can deliver.

Not Bad, Not Great
On the plus side, these pans do a really nice job evenly baking a cake, and clean up is pretty easy if you let them soak.On the negative side, the "release" of the cake layer is awful, even after liberally pre-greasing and dusting the pan. Also, the pan stays hot much longer than other bakeware I've used, so if you leave the cake in the pan you may dry it out.The "gold" pans from William Sonoma have a MUCH better release, but cost about 3x more, so it's a matter of deciding what your trade-offs will be., especially if you bake a lot (or if you are not at putting putting cake pieces that stuck to the pan back together)

Perfect for my 8" cakes
By far these are the best pans I have baked in. The cakes cooked evenly, and did not brown on the sides. They easily wash up to look brand new, (I Hand wash everything).

Great product
Great product. We switched to Fat Daddio's pans a few years ago and they are the only cake pans we use in our commercial kitchen. Everything to like and nothing to dislike. The pans don't warp and we have no issues with the cakes sticking to the sides of the pan.

These are the best!
These cake pans are well made and perfect to size. I used cake liners (sides and bottom) and the cakes came put perfectly. I would expect the same if spraying the pans.

Perfect size!
I don't often want to make a normal sized cake, for various reasons. This pan allows me to easily cut an 8" pan recipe in half--It make bake up slightly deeper, but has not been a problem so far. The bake itself is good and release has been easy.
