Westin 30-0005 Safari Universal Bull Bar 14.75 in. Mounting Depth Black

The box arrived in perfect shape. Installed on 2002 Ford Sport Trac. No issues. Payment for shipping and handling actually paid off. Nice job. All pieces were in the box as stated and double wrapped in foam. No Nicks, No Scratches. Arrived within time estimated. Looks awesome on my truck. Instructions included. I would screw the bar to the brackets first since the brackets weigh more than the bar itself. Leave the bolts loose like instructions say until you get the right centered fit on the truck. Just had to remove the lower shroud to get to the mounting holes. Easy job, even with the kids running around the driveway.

Perfect fit and quality components, only took a novice 30min to install the whole light bar and brackets. Light bar is ver light but hold the 7" LED driving lights event hough the light mount is a bit small for 7" + lights.

I mounted the bullbar so easy and put an led light bar on it and it's so good and people move out of my way on the road because I guess there scared and don't wanna get hit, it's amazing!

Ordered the Westin Safari Bull Bar for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. By far the best price on Amazon. Keep in mind you do have to buy the mounting kit separately which varies anywhere from $45-$60. It looks nice, but wouldn't really count on anything more than just looks. It's not really strong, but good buy for the money.

For the price this thing is great. I needed a bull bar with light tabs so I could augment my stock, faded, 16 year old headlights with driving lamps, and this let me do it with no drilling. I didn't expect that the steel would be particularly strong, especially as it's held on to the mounting bracket with only two bolts, but it held a 220 Ib man when my brother stood on it to try to ride on the hood. Also when he backed his economy car into my vehicle the bull bar crumpled but held strong enough to protect the rest of the vehicle, no damage to radiator/condenser/bumper. Also smacked it into a few things off road and while the steel dented and began to rust where the paint came off, it's still on there firm. The only reason it's not getting the 5th star is the inability to push or be pulled with it, it's just not strong enough for that.

Installed on my 97 CRV love it easy to install and looks great.

Ok, it looks nice and the welds are nice. But heavy duty steel tubing? I think not. If you consider exhaust pipe heavy duty steel tubing then this is. You might push a dead Christmas tree off it's stand but anything beyond that will surely dent the tubing. Very light gauge I had hoped to use it to push my race car when needed but there is no way it would handle it. It's for appearance only. Not thrilled with that but it is what it is.

Bought this for my son who had purchased a mounting kit for it on eBay thinking he was getting the bullbar and mounting hardware. Amazon has a great price and it arrived a day early.
