Works perfectly in a 3” receiver
I bought this hoping it would do what I needed, and it does!It set to my key right away, and is long enough to secure my hitch in the 3” receiver. Ford Super Duty owners can use these!

If you need a hitch pin this is the best one
Ok, I had another one of these so I already loved the product. I lost it. So I bought another. Very strong well made and easy to use. I already have a key so why add another to the key ring. Make sure you buy the one for your type of key and follow the simple directions. Now I have bought a third one for another tow vehicle.

Perfect - one less key
Wow, one less key to deal with. Works great, easy to set up and use. I will most likely but another as I have 2 different hitch set ups and am a little OSD and keep everything together normally, when switching hitches. Plus son wont brough now.

Bolt for 2.5 receiver
I was a little apprehensive but this thing is a beast. Key insert worked great and locks/unlocks perfectly. Drove 760 miles from Ardmore TN to Baytown TX pulling a 9K lb trailer trailer without a hitch. (no pun intended 😄). Double the cost of a pin of this requirement from TS or HF, but a valid investment for safety and security when hauling or parking. Time will tell the longevity but I'm happy for now!

Works as advertised...
Had my reservations at first, but put my key in, turned it until I heard a click; and it was "permanently" set to my key. Too soon to see if it will take the elements, but I don't leave mine on all the time, just when transporting my ebike or using the hitch. Someday soon, I hope they do this for every lock I own(house, gun safe, ...) It is definatley heavy duty and the pin end is thicker than others. Should help prevent theft.*Make sure you get the correct version. Look at the picture and compare it to your ignition key. took me a minute to figure out Ford-center VS side cut key.

Fits key to 2021 ford ranger
Amazon claims it doesn’t fit but it worked for me. Lock seems well made.
