Amazon Basics Chambray Duvet Cover Bed Set - Twin or Twin XL, Cool Aqua

This cover is much more than I expected for the price. The chambray effect makes the 'red' color I purchased muted and so pretty. It blends well with burgundy, red and pink tones. Could be either masculine or feminine. The fabric itself is light and wrinkle free. The snap closure works well and the overall construction is better than the much more expensive cover I'm replacing. Getting your comforter situated inside would be much easier with two people...for this 70 year old it was like putting a pig in a gunny sack. All turned out well and I'm very happy I chose this cover.

This comforter cover is a fantastic helper in my constant battle against pet hair! It’s lightweight with a smooth finish, so pet hair doesn’t cling and it’s easy to shake out. Plus - what an awesome price. I’ll purchase a second one in another color!

I used this in my son's gray and navy bedoom. Color was a true gray, which is actually hard to find, and not brown, green, blue, or purple undertones. My son is autistic and has sensory issues, so softness to him is key so things that aggravate his skin don't aggravate him. This is soft to touch and he hasn't his kicked this off yet and actually enjoys wrapping himself in it. Happy mom here.

Comes with a border on both pillow cases and cover. I don’t prefer that look but still looks nice. Purple is darker than in picture so be aware. I’m okay that it is because it’s still a pretty lavender color. Not too neon or plum looking like others offered under the color “lavender”. Is relatively smooth can feel a little stiff but I think with a couple washes it will feel better.

Very soft, I was worried it would be hot at night but that hasn’t been an issue so far. I like the color, pretty true to the picture. Only down side is the snaps at the bottom closure- I am constantly having to re-snap them all. They come undone very easily. My husband and I both toss and turn a lot in our sleep so I am sure that doesn’t help. If you are someone that tends to sleep in the same position all night, it might not be an issue. I like the ties in the corners. I have always used duvet clips anyway so I just use the clips and the ties to really make sure the comforter doesn’t shift around. It’s a good buy for the money. I can tell it’s not a product that’s going to last years of everyday use, but if you are using it on a guest bed that’s not used often, you’ll probably have it last much longer.

This duvet is very soft, budget friendly, and cute - but there are two main flaws and one minor flaw:STAINS: I found that it stains extremely easy.Example: I didn't wash my face one night (my bad) and my mascara had wiped off on my cover. No big deal, I thought, since my mascara is not waterproof and comes off of my towels with ease. Wrong. The stain is there for reals, even after multiple washes. Lotion, and products of the like, leave a noticeable stain. tbh this may be because I got grey but just keep that in mind if you are a frequent lotion-before-bed kind of person.CLASPS: the clasps at the bottom do not stay clasped. They are these cheap-o clasps, not buttons, that easily pop off. If you are a squirmer like me and kick your legs, you'll likely unclasp your duvet each night. Not just that but even when pulling the covers up or making the bed the unclasp.wrinkles: wrinkles are a minor flaw to me because I don’t care that much about wrinkles, though it does bug me sometimes. As you can see in my photos there are very apparent, deep, wrinkles in the duvet.

I finally replaced my 3 year old IKEA duvet cover with this and it ripped a good 12" within three days of purchase. If you are skeptical about the durability of the polyester (as I was) I would highly recommend against this product.

I washed this Duvet once so far. It washed well. I like it because it’s very light and dried very fast. This would be a good summer duvet or someone who runs hot when they sleep.

Nunca había comprado un Duvet, pero según lo que sabía es que se refiere a una funda para el edredón, éste set viene con la funda para edredón y 2 fundas de almohada, la tela es fresca, medio brillosa, ligera y muy cómoda al tacto, me gustó el color y el efecto de la tela, quedó perfecta.

Cada vez confío más en los productos de Amazon basics que dan una buena calidad y a un precio más justo. Me encantó el color, es ligera pero suave y resistente. Lo único es que deja una mancha (que se quita con el lavado normal) en caso de que le caigan gotitas de agua o así... es lo único que no me gustó; sin embargo por otro lado, la lavada y la secada es muy buena y rápida. Volvería a comprar el producto.

This Duvet cover is exactly the color it is described to be (Purple Dusk) and is even more beautiful than in the description. I am surprised this is AmazonBasics being the material is much nicer than other duvets I have purchased under that name. The material is a bit thicker and the threading is quite nice. Although I wished it was a zipper closure,the buttons are just as nice and they are strong. The pillow shams open up in the middle and are easy to put the pillows into,unlike most I have had. I certainly will look to buy this again if needed and definitely recommend the Duvet set.

Me encanta Amazon y los productos de Amazon Basics pero este no vale nada la pena ni por el precio bajo. La tela sí es suave pero se le pega todo, aun si la sacudes no se le quitan pelusas, cabellos... todo, es necesario usar un rodillo adhesivo. No tiene el ligero brillo que dice, es mas bien un color opaco y no sé si es el color o la textura pero parece que estuviera sucio. Me sorprende la calificación que tiene porque en verdad no es un buen producto para nada.

Fabric feels fine. Nothing special. I didn't notice if it wrinkles or not; I don't know if I'd care if it did. What I dislike the most is it closes with snaps. Button snaps. I hate it. They always come undone, then the blanket looks like someone gutted it and its entrails are leaking out. Always choose zipper. Zipper is King.
