I have always made biscuits with all purpose flour, but ordered White Lily to see if there was any difference. It made a far superior biscuit. Very light and fluffy

I use this flour for biscuts

This brand has been around since 1883. I don’t know if the type of wheat has changed over the years but it woks like it di 50 years ago. The self rising is do to the baking soda in the mix. Makes excellent biskets other baked goods can be made 5* product. Will buy more when I need it.

For making light, fluffy biscuits, my Southern friend assures me THIS is the ONLY flour to use for exquisite results! Mine came within 24 hours, well-packed and in perfect condition. No spills. No mess. No leakage. Highly recommended!

Tried this flour for some nutbread and the nutbread sunk in the middle. We are in the CO mountains and this flour is extra light so you'll need to add at least 2 additional Tablespoons of flour!
