Great Product. Terrible Customer Service via Amazon.
Overall this oil gets 5 STARS. It is great for our 2016 4runner and 2012 Rav4.However customer service in this situation gets 1 STAR.Simply put if you find yourself getting a case that shows it has leaked during transit, be prepared to go back and forth with Amazon on getting a solution or even a refund. It took me talking to 5 or more associates to reach a resolution. The first one actually said they issued the refund but never did. The rest I followed up with kept saying it was issued then finally said I had to show proof in order to move forward then didn't even accept my proof as "damaged" but said it just showed it leaked which isn't considered damaged. So in short and with respect, not all associates see a leaking products as "damage" and will want to return something that they will tell you in their systems is deemed as non returnable but again they still request you return it if you want a refund. Please Amazon do not flag this review but take a constructive criticism to improve training.Again the oil is exceptional and our vehicles run smooth as butter.

Independently tested. Good to go!
Saw this oil rate very highly on Project Farm's oil tests and thought I'd give it a try. 0W-20 in my Mazda 6. Ran great no complaints. I had my oil tested through Blackstone Labs after I accidentally extended my oil change interval from my preferred 5000 miles to almost 6000. Blackstone Labs mailed me back the results and said that this oil still had plenty of life left in it. Great to know!

The best Oil
The best. Amazing Great deal too. Where can you get a top of the line full synthetic oil change for 2 cars and a side by side for 75?

Penzoil ULTRA for the win!
I once had an engine in a car i OWNED, that an inexperienced technician messed up with, and subsequently ran the engine with less than a quart total of oil inside. The engine made a metal screech noise just as it shut off. I sat there dumbfounded realizing the OIL light was illuminated (a bit too late).I didnt know what had happened yet but the shop got the engine running fairly easily. It sounded not great, but somewhat improved in noise months and years later based off the more i changed the oil. (Penzoil ultra being used). So, first i sent oil to an Independent oil testing lab, thinking if there was abnormal anything, it would show there first. Twice i sent oil, first at 3000 then 5000 miles and neither instance showed anything troubling for my engine type. I thought i might be in the clear despite the lack of power (30% or more). The bearing damage was significant to the camshaft journals. 19 year old me wouldn't learn this until years later when i gathered enough confidence to finally get the the bottom of the smoke, which was pluming from my exhaust seemingly at random times. Hot, cold, warmed up, not warmed up, usually going DOWN hills but not exclusive. When smoke began progressing , usually around 1500 miles of use, i'd change it. I did this for about 3 years. Here's what really sucks though.I paid thousands to mechanics and "professionals" to do "parts canon" more than once with no results. Afterwards, i tried it myself, failing , and each time like the professionals. I felt defeated and angry by each in the end. So i did what any slightly irrational male would do, and began dissambling the engine with no experience not knowing what to expect or what i was looking for.I stared at my cylinder head not seeing anything. Engine looked brand new, but oddly enough i could not easily turn the engine over by "hand", even with a large wrench and the cylinder head OFF!With the cylinder head off i noticed more details. The biggest issue everyome over looked was the bearing cam caps. A couple were fused and stuck from ground metal. It wasnt until the oil ports became covered entirely that any major wear was taking place. The worst cam journal area i noticed, that beneath it and a valve lifter that didnt look happy. Like it was snug or stuck, which it was. The biggest problem came from that. All the smoke, car running awful, for years, but i know one thing for sure. That without penzoil ultra helping act as thread cutting oil, my engime wouldv'e died much sooner than it did. Which to be honest, would have been the preferred way for things to happen. Instead this oil kept my engine going for years after it shouldnt of been running anymore. How's that for a review. Will try to upload pictures if google still has them i can share

Fantastic oil, bad shipper, old stock product
Oil is great, have used it for 10 years. I won't be buying it from Amazon any longer. I have a subscription and it didn't ship to me due to damage during shipment but then didn't re ship it and when I went to purchase it it wouldn't give me the subscription price without setting up another subscription. Also the two bottles I received were made 3 years ago so they have been sitting in a warehouse with the additive package degrading. Oldest one i can find local is 4 months old. Not the greatest experience.
