Wasn't sure of the costume based on the reviews but we loved it! My husband is 6' and the costume fit fine and was very comfortable. The tights weren't skin tight on him but still looked great! The coat is soft felt material, but there is no zipper so you just pull it over your head. The belt is a little slippery, so i just put a little bit of two-way body tape on it and it stayed tight all night. I ordered the wig to go with the costume and it was awesome! The hat doesn't stay on the wig, so I put one bobby pin on each side of the hat to stick in the wig and you couldnt see the pins cause of the curls. And I ordered him black Jester shoes to match from buycostumes.com. The whole outfit looked great and we actually one first place at the party!

This was a great deal at $36! I was worried about the shade of green being too dark because of the other review I read and hoped they got that sorted out and they did. I am 6’4” and I got an XL and it fits me perfectly l. The hat is maybe a little smaller than I’d like but my head is large and it still works. Would recommend! I just need to figure out some elf shoes now! 😀

Hello everyone,Okay so I'm going to start out with some of my measurements. This is not to boast on how "big" I am or how thin I am or anything like that. Because I'm not. I'm "stalky" and a little on the short side. I'm 5'7" and about 195-ish lbs. I have about a 45/46 in chest, my neck is about 17 1/2 in, I wear a size 36 in jeans. Most of the times I wear a size lg or xlg in a tee and because of my shoulders in European sizes I wear more like a xxl or xxxl. Yeah I have no idea why??? Okay so with that being said, on with the review.Size wise because of my chest I got the XL which the fit was good... well besides the neck. I put it on and neck wise it was tight. So tight in fact that because I'm good with some needle and thread I made little neck extensions with a button to close it up. I guess if you have about a 16 in neck this wouldn't be problem. It comes with a little velcro dot for the neck enclosure. Which wasn't sewn on with the best of skills. It was already pulling apart when I decided to make the neck extensions. Shoulder wise I could of had used a little more space but it's common for it things to fit a little tight in the shoulders on me. Length wise the leggings are a bit long. Which to me wasn't a big deal but worth noting. Speaking about the leggings, two things, one they have feet. So they're basically footies. Two and I don't remember anyone saying this but NO POCKETS. No pockets at all, front or back. So keep that in mind if you're going to need pockets for the day / night.Quality wise... well it could of been a lot better.After sewing my neck extension on. I tried it back on and I found that there was a nice big hole on the sleeve close to the elbow. It was where the sewer had the fabric too close to the edge and when over it thinking the fabric was overlapping correctly. So the hole was a factory sewn hole. Also the "fur" on it does shed a lot. I hand washed it and it seems to be fine now.Okay so after all that what do I think? Should you get it? Well yes I do think you should get it! I paid about $35 with shipping for it and I'm handy with some needle and thread. So to fix those small things wasn't a big deal to me BUT maybe it is to you. For $35 I wasn't expecting super good quality and I got about the quality I thought I was going to get.Do I wish the neck fit? Yes.Do I wish I didn't have to fix the hole? Yes.But overall I'm happy with it. I just wanted to let everyone know about the complications that might happen and what you maybe in for if you order it.Thanks everyone,

Hat didn’t fit. Belt was very cheap and very large. It’s a pull over also

The hat is tiny and the belt is GIANT. My husband is between a medium and a large, so I got a large to be safe. It was REALLY large. It still worked though.

The costume you receive is not the costume in the picture. All aspects of the costume sucked. If you just want to dress up and get drunk it will do but if you want to look close to this picture I would recommend finding something else. Lets start with the sizing: The pants were super baggy (like sweat pants) and could fit someone 7 feet tall, the jacket on the other hand barely fit me and I am 5'9" and the hat didn't fit on my normal sized head. The Pants: Besides being far too big and super baggy they arrived completely split open down the seam of one leg which made them completely useless. The Jacket: It is not even the color green in the picture, it is a much lighter color and made of a different fabric, the trim is not dark and one side was 5 inches longer than the other side. The Belt: I could fit 3 of me in it and still have room and I am not over exaggerating. I have a 33 inch waist and there was easily 3-4 additional feet of belt available. If I had kept the costume I would have had to punch a hole in the belt and cut it in half to make it fit. Overall it is a poorly produced product and does not come as advertised, but if you just want to look stupid every now and then and wear some oddly proportioned clothing go for it. On a bright note I purchased it with Amazon Prime so the return process was easy.

The costume was as expected except for the hat that was pretty small. I have a fairly small head (6 7/8”) and the hat would not stay on your head if you were bending over it moving around a lot. There is also no way you could get a giant Afro wig between it and your head unless yours is much smaller than mine. Other than the hat the rest fit fairly well and the joy it brought to faces was well worth it, hopefully this helps.Take care!

The costume arrived as pictured. The jacket is a pullover tunic that velcros on back of the neck. The tights are basically cotton leggings that have closed feet...like pantyhose (but are loose fitting). This was purchased for my son who is 6'4" and weighs 195lbs. The leggings just barely fit in length. You could cut the bottom and allow the feet to be exposed to add length if you needed to. The belt was huge and made for someone who weighs 400lbs. We had to cut the belt and poke additional holes. Overall this is a great costume for the price. You may have to make modifications, but is well worth it.

It looks really good but it didn’t come with a belt , I have no clue how to message the seller to see if they can send one

Perfect for a 6 foot man

We bought this costume to embarrass our daughters a couple years ago. My husband wears it a couple times during winter and "randomly wears it to pick up our daughters. He shouts "it's me buddy, I'm sour dad" lol

I had to pin the collar because the Velcro was useless.Otherwise the costume looked great.No wig provided (purchase separatly)
