Great Product. Very powerful.
It's been in the ground now for 3 years. It was more powerful than I needed but I am glad I bought it. I push water up hill 250' to a leach field without issue.

This is a great unit. Wish I had purchased years ago.
I bout this unit to repair our old original (70s) cement liquids pump tank. The cement lid was extremely heavy and never sealed so we could always smell septic. This would also allow leaves and debris inside which would plug the pump. Well, the older pump finally went out so it was time to repair. After looking for a plastic holding tank, I came across this 380 unit. For the price, I thought was very reasonable. Once it arrived I was pretty impressed with the quality. It was all assembled and all I needed to do was make connections. It was tricky to work with my existing tank as I decided to keep in place rather than break it apart. I punched a hole in the bottom of cement tank incase it over fills. All I will need to do is make a lid from treated 2x6. I filled the tank full of water and then plugged in. I was quite impressed to see that it drained the entire tank within seconds. It was initially a little loud but then ran pretty quiet and smooth. I wish I would have found this years ago to save me from all the hassles I've had to deal with. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

great pump system
I have had this installed in my basement for 6 months now and it has worked perfectly. it is not silent, but it is quiet enough that is not anoying. the pumps with quite powerful so make sure you do not have any blockage in your plumbing if you are hooking up to old pipes(I found that out the hard way)and don't forget the high water alarm. all in all a quality product for a fare price.still working well with out any problems after a year I found out that having any movement in the plumbing makes it louder, still really happy.

Check the tank for leaks before you install! Update 3/28/25
Plumbers had this installed yesterday ( charging us $1,700 labor) installed, turned it on to test, and found a leak in the tank! When first ordered, our regular plumber informed us he does not install ejectors, so it took a month before we could get a plan and permit, and find a plumber who would do the work. Guess there was not enough padding in the tank to prevent the pump from punching a hole in the plastic. Since we are out of the return window, will see what the supplier saysUpdate 3/28/25 Buyer beware! Picture shows a date written, possibly this was noted and pulled off the shelf but then sent out anyway. Seller would not accept return because it was out of the return window. Amazon did step up and issue a refund...Thank you Amazon! Plumber said this hole is not repairable due to the location

Quiet, reliable pump
This is my second purchase of the unit. Installation was a breeze; apart from saw-cutting the concrete basement floor and trenching for the waste inlet :-) . It worked flawlessly and quietly in my previous home, so there was no hesitation installing it in my new home. Both installations required an 8ft vertical lift to overhead waste pipes. The new installation has a transparent check valve for confirmation liquid is flowing

Easy to use
Perfect so far for a tiny home we bought. Easy to hook up and has been working perfectly. It was larger than we thought which wasn’t a problem.

Make sure to check it out fully within the 30 return period.
UPDATE:I set up the unit to test it and started putting water in the tank, unfortunately it had a leak in the bottom of the basin.I went on Amazon, filled out the return form, within minutes they sent me the free return shipping label. I'm buying another one from an "authorized Liberty Pump dealer" but will test it also. I have to thank the mfg, "Liberty Pump", for the info they gave me. Their package sewage pump system is high quality & well designed. Damage was most likely from improper shipping & handling.I bought this sewage pump on Amazon. I called Liberty pump to ask a few questions. When I mentioned there was bubble pack stuffed inside the basin, he told me they do not use bubble pack when shipping units. Then asked if I bought it from Amazon. I said yes, then he asked if it came UPS, I said it did. He said it was not bought from an authorized dealer and I should check it over for potential damage. I had to remove the basin cover to get all the bubble pack out.The only visual issue I saw was the pump was moved out of position slightly, it was not a big deal to straighten out. I will test for proper function of pump and float switch and make sure there are no leaks in the basin. The unit is very well made with a cast iron pump. I will post the results of the function test within a day or two.

It works as advertised.
Super easy to put to use. Plumb it in and plug it in. Quiet operation. It is lifting 12 vertical feet and 18 horizontal feet from our mother in law suite before dropping into the septic system.
