Is the first number in the size for the vertical length or the horizontal width?

Verticle i.e. 10 ft x 12 ft...10 ft is the height...12 ft is the length...hopes this helps.

Was curious what the 12x20' could fold down to? Not like from the factory, but like normal person folds.

If you normally fold this Mesh Tarp, you can easily fold it down to 12" x 18" x 4"

Using over my pool cover would like to keep it on over the winter .could I remove snow off the pool with it on

this wont work to keep snow off your pool unless you are having this over your pool cover its a screen the snow will fall through and weigh it down
