Nordic Ware 92348 Leaflettes Cakelet Pan Bronze, 2.5 Cup Capacity

I purchased this Nordic pan and another leaf pan with 16 'little cakes.' The 'little cakes' baked evenly and all released from the pans easily. As a suggestion, I do prep these pans in the same way as I prep a 10-cup tube pan. I didn't have a recipe for the two pans, so I used a recipe that called for 1 1/4 cups of flour, an egg, soda/powder, sugar, oil/butter and liquid and all turned out well. I baked at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. My oven is old and not correctly calibrated, so I need to keep a close check. I brought the cakes to the Church hospitality hour and one person said the cakes were 'too pretty to eat'. I appreciate the compliment, but the cakes are tasty!

What a beautiful pan! Unfortunately I did not get to test it out since Amazon shipped it in a poly bag with no padding or anything to protect it. Arrived with multiple chips in the finish. I would love to order a replacement, but can't trust that this won't happen again.

Am so pleased with this pan!After reading lots of reviews and recommendations on how to prepare and clean the pan before and after baking, I am hooked.I just baked my first batch of cakelets today, and they came out perfectly. I did not have baking spray, so had to grease them by hand with Crisco, and then sprinkle with flour - a lengthy, arduous task, but well worth it. The cakes popped out practically on their own, and clean up was a breeze.The weight and finish of this pan is impressive, and I know it will last a long time.Nordic Ware does it again - Highly recommend!

This is my second Nordic Ware pan. It makes perfect little pumpkin breads. A cute size for individual treats.

I used the mould to make sugar cane juice cake with water chestnuts during Chinese New Year, the bite size cakes received a lot of compliments from friends.

Loved this pan. Turned out perfect little leaf cakes. I tried other methods but this was magic. Cakes released easily and pan cleaned like a charm. Baking magic.

Excellent pan! I use this to bake mini cupcakes or my homemade Filipino puto (sweet rice cakes) in the oven. It does the job well. I love Tolkien elves and their woodland realm. So, this pan suited me well (I am nerdy like that).However, I must note it takes a bit of effort to clean. 😅 Plus, it has the potential to brown easily if you're not careful. So, watch your baking or adjust the cook time/temp. Otherwise, this is a great pan!

This pan is just as wonderful as my other Nordic Ware pans. Pictured are the leaves and the sunflowers I made with the Nordic Ware sunflower pan (also fantastic!). The baked cakes slip out the pan with ease after the pan is greased with melted butter and a sprinkling of flour. They were a big hit with my colleagues and produce cakelettes that are an ideal size for any occasion, not too big but also not too small. Just be aware that if you bake toffee or caramel pieces into your cakes, these can cause the cakes to stick to the pan even with greasing but even those come out with a little encouragement.Overall, this pan is fantastic and certainly worth the price

This cakelet pan is great, it was exactly as expected, and I actually prefer it over my other Nordic Ware cakelet pan - this one has beautiful detail for the leaves, but is still easy to clean (the dough didn't just get stuck in the detail).

Gorgeous Nordic ware leaflets cake pan, nice heavy weight, protects cakes as they bake and gives lovely finished leaf shapes. Great for gluten free baking as the heavier pan protects the batter from burning, as more easily occurs with cheap thin pans. Recommend. I love it!
