We needed a service that was quick and easy to clean but more comfortable than plastic chairs or wooden benches. It was easy to put together and comfortable enough for our use (probably not what I would want for lounging in my living room). The product did come with a broken bun foot BUT the Amazon customer service (via chat) was super helpful and instead of having to return the whole couch we worked out a discount price that allowed me to order new bun feet and replace them. Overall for the price I couldn't ask for more.

The concept is really cool but it lacks quality and comfort. The wood feels really light and like it'll break if you sit too hard. Also the wheels that guide the trundle and made from plastic that must easily break because mine arrived broken. And who ever pre drilled the holes for assembly missed their mark a few times and just forget a few others. When you sit on it it's really firm. I would compare it to those gym mats used in school. Had this been more study and had some extra cushion this could be a great product. Right now i would only recommend it for kids looking for cheap furniture and id tell them to no pay more than $100.

My son loves this it is in his room

It didn't line up properly it was off track. Being off like that cause it to lift up and making groove in the material. Brought a warranty hopes it's cover to get another arm piece. I don't want to attempt to undo what was already supposed to be done. Only one side line up right. The handle you pull on to bring out the bottom is not attached properly

Frame broke after 1 month and I'm not a happy camper because I'm stuck with this poorly made sofa. Very sorry I bought this for the money!

Do not purchase anything online without actually trying the exact item you are purchasing. I purchased this klik Klak and it is beautiful as shown, but the seating and backing feels like you are sitting on bricks, it slopes when opened as a bed. I purchased it for the den and guest to use, the first day I knew I would never put my enemy on this hard thing, I contacted them the next day stating my dissatisfaction with their product. I have cut and paste their response to me.“This items is not considered a normal sofa but more on the lines of a futon type item. Comfort issues do not warrant returns nor does this vendor take returns. “They reference me as if I'm not a valid person. $434.00 is my loss. I would not even try to sell this , Im donating it just to get it out of my house. NO Stars if I could
