Great alternative to erythritol
Allulose tastes a lot like erythritol but without the weird cooling effect. I switched to it after a 2023 study suggested erythritol might increase the risk of blood clots.

Sweet and Heart Friendly
Truvia tastes good in cold beverages and as a topping for fresh fruit that isn't so naturally sweet. I didn't like the taste in my baked goods like cookies and brownies, but it was okay for tomato sauces and puddings. A little goes a long way, so it's a good value for the money and you can always mix it with real sugar if you want to cut calories.
