Works great on our deck! Soft on our bare feet & durable enough for our dog. Color is nice & goes great with what I have but just beware it does have a slight mauve tint in some of the threads. It allows it to blend with other colors.

I feel like this runner will hold up well. It is thick enough to be substantial and has not shown any wear so far. It is soft underfoot. There was a significant smell after unraveling. It smelled like wasp spray. After a day, that smell was gone. There is a few bumps in it at first but it eventually flattens out. In other words, give it a few days and you’ll realize how nice it really is. The coloring is spot on and the texture add visual interest to a room.

UPDATE #3: I’ve had this rug in the hallway for a year now. Over time it’s not an exact rectangle and curves slightly. I think it could be from time or from Washing and drying it. I wash on gentle and pre soak / 2 rinses. And I dry on delicate to avoid shrinking and because other reviews showed that the rug tears and separates. Even still, the shape isn’t too bad and it still serves its purpose and looks nice. I did have the rug stitching connecting braid rows split about 2 inches. This is also not too bad because it’s an easy fix. It’s a high traffic area, I wash the rug about every 2 months, and there are 2 dogs that run around constantly and the rug dampens the noise. I did notice that the two sides are completely different colors now. Even after washing, the used side is darker than the cleaner and lighter unused side. So I plan on flipping the rug so it gets even wear. But for te price, this is a great rug because I can wash it in the washing machine as opposed to a carpet or steam cleaner. Area rugs and runners are great since I love pets and really dislike carpets and I like to keep things mopped, vacuumed, and washed.***********UPDATE #2: So, clearly this manufacturer must know better than the customer (me) - because this rug is really great. So far the dogs haven’t chewed it the way they do with thinner rugs. I like going with a braided option so I can wash them in a washing machine as opposed to steam cleaning or spot cleaning. I don’t need a anti slip pad. The rug stays in place. And I’ve grown to ignore the stitching color. I don’t notice it anymore. The grey rug looks great in the hallway.***********UPDATE: The replacement arrived. It’s the correct size that I originally ordered. And I’m glad that I kept it. It feels soft to walk on and it looks good in the hallway.***********First of all, I paid for a 2’6” x 12’ rug. I received a 2’6” x 8’ rug. Glad that happened because if I received what I ordered, improbably would have kept it since it’s in a hallway that doesn’t always have the lights on and is really to soften the footsteps of the dogs and catch the dust.But, looking closer, the rug is a tan, grey, olive mix. And the stitching is brown and doesn’t match any of the colors in the rug. And it’s basic thread so it isn’t plastic thread or anything that looks durable.Writing this review while I’m on the phone with Amazon. So, the manager came on. And because she had such great customer service, she arranged for UPS to pick this up tomorrow and for me to receive a replacement of what I initially ordered by next week. Since I don’t have to be inconvenienced with taking this wrong size rug to UPS, I’ll go ahead and receive the replacement.

We really love this rug! We had purchased this rug in another color (natural color) from another company and fell in love with it. We decided to purchase it in this color from Amazon for the faster shipping.The color is very pretty. The closeup shots of it are accurate. It’s a nice blend of blacks, grays, and whites.To me, it has the appearance of a natural fiber rug but is a much softer feel. In fact, with how soft it feels, I’m surprised it’s sold as indoor/outdoor. I was concerned about that; worried it would be a rough material, but it’s definitely not. I have not had to clean anything on it yet, but I’ve read reviews that spot cleaning it is easy, and with the feel of the rug’s material I can imagine that would be true.The weave on the one I received is nicely done; no pulls or irregularities. It was packaged very well and rolled out flat except for the very edge (it was lifted a bit but after a few hours, and some walking on it, it now lays flat). This rug lays flat in all areas. The one we got from the other company is a much larger size, and I have noticed there is a little bubble in the center area. It might be due to the fact that we put furniture on it right after laying it, so it didn’t have time to flatten completely. Over time it’s flattening out though. Just something to keep in mind if you choose the larger size.We did purchase a rug pad for it. The rug itself isn’t terribly thick, but it’s not thin either. I feel with a nice rug pad it’s the perfect thickness for our needs.I have not noticed any shedding from the rug either. I saw many reviews in my search for area rugs (I don’t think any were about this rug) that complained about shedding. So far, I have not seen any of this.Another thing to note is that the edges of the rug are not PERFECTLY straight. We have vinyl plank flooring and if you’re looking at the edge of the rug against the lines in the floor, you might notice it. I’m not bothered by it, but others might be (my husband noticed it haha). I still love these rugs and would recommend them!

This area rug is exceptionally soft underfoot, durable, odorless, true to description. Love the color. Perfect for my patio.

The pattern reminds of a jute rug (without the negative side of jute rugs) and it’s very soft. No smell or unwoven threads. Love that it comes in the longer measurements!

I expected the charcoal rugs to be the same color but one is light and one is noticeably darker.For something that costs a pretty penny I expect it to be more consistent and true to its description

Quality seems very good. Looks nice like images and arrived well packaged. I my fits perfectly in my space.

Came quickly, seems durable, easy to vacuum and spot clean. Its thickness is decent too! A normal door gap vs floor should work fine for most!
