Broken handle, otherwise perfect (UPDATE: They sent a perfect replacement!)
A restaurant we went to recently had these mugs for their coffee, and we really liked the size and style of them. I found them here, and ordered a set. They arrived in a little over a week. They look great, except for the one broken handle. I am hopeful I can find a cement/glue that will fix this so we can use the set. It is an international order, so a return would be more trouble than it's worth.UPDATE: I reached out to the seller, and they very quickly replied. (This is not always the case.) They were willing to refund me, or send a replacement. I chose the latter, and had it in a matter of days.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bumped review from four stars up to five stars.

What's important.
I use this product for drinking coffee or water. The product arrived in excellent condition very soon after it was ordered which I appreciate a lot. The seller was a good organization to do business with.

Perfect size and shape for cappuccino and Americano coffees
substantial and attractive cups with saucers make preparing and enjoying artisanal coffee concoctions effortless. dishwasher and microwave safe as well. would highly recommend!

Nice cups but saucers don't fit the size of cup!
Saucers are very nice and the order was processed well, but the saucers don't seem to match the cups. The diameter of the cups does not seat properly with the saucer inner circle where the cup is supposed to nicely sit :(
