Hate the material.
Chairs appear to be built solid but do not like material. Got dark brown and ottomans and chairs always attract fuzz and stains a continual problem . Wash off nice so far but only have a few months. I can see this material wearing out rapidly with constant use.

Stripped locked screw
Love the product but there is a lock screw that did not fit would not tighten and tried to get in contact with the manufacturer to get them to send me a replacement screw and I haven’t got a response is there anyway that you can assist me with this

Finish needs to be upgraded
The finish on this chair was not great. Several spots were not sprayed enough to match the rest. Most of the chair looks great but a few spots need to be sprayed again with the finish.Also ordered a second one to match the first chair. This one had a broken part on the ottoman -- luckily we are able to repair it ourselves instead of returning it.Company simply needs to do better quality control!

Check screws often. They are becoming loose.
Well, we've only had it a couple months now and the arms are becoming loose and had to be screwed back in again. Might need glue?!

Great Value!
This chair is a good value. Very comfortable and easy to assemble. I bought it as a present for my mom and she really liked it. Fast shipping, too! I do recommend this product. I wish I had it when I was nursing; this would be a perfect gliding chair.

Creaky Glider
It is a beautiful chair that was very comfortable and easy to put together, however the bottom glider part (that comes pre-done) creaked with every glide. We could have just gotten a defective glider but we returned it because we are using it for our nursery and it is just not going to do. I am bummed because I thought I finally found an inexpensive glider option that was still quality, but clearly this wasn't so.

My boyfriend ordered this glider chair last week. It arrived super fast in good condition. It didn't take us too much time to assemble it. We like the color of this glider and it has good fit in our living room. This glider is cozy with rational price. We enjoy it!
