Christopher Knight Home Watts Outdoor Acacia Wood Dining Chairs, Teak Finish (Set of 2)

I purchased these chairs to replace a couple of resin wicker chairs that virtually disintegrated in 2 years from UV damage. I had purchased 2 side tables from this line a few years ago and they held up very well so I am familiar with the brand. The only assembly required was to attach the back of the chair to the base with 2 screws on each side using the provided allen wrench. The chairs are light weight yet sturdy and stackable for storage. They are elegantly designed with supporting brackets where needed. The finish is smooth and lovely. It took my husband and me quite awhile to remove the extremely well packed nested chairs from the box. It would be almost impossible to damage them during shipping. I suggest carefully cutting the box down a side corner to extract them. An added cushion will complete the chair for comfort. The seating area is approximately 17" x 17" so purchasing outdoor cushions should be easy and relatively inexpensive. I will never buy resin wicker outdoor furniture again and I am planning to purchase 2 more of these chairs. The quality/value is excellent!

These Christopher Knight chairs are perfect for my back deck and my two balconies! I have had them only a couple of weeks, but they are nice to sit in and seem to be quite sturdy. These chairs are beautiful, as well. To enhance their beauty and make them more weather-proof, I have applied a coat of gloss polyurethane varnish to each one, which makes them even prettier! Beautiful chairs! I received them already assembled. Unfortunately, one of the chairs arrived with the frame cracked to the point that it was unusable. Customer service made it right though and refunded me half of what I paid and I did not have to figure out how to ship a broken chair back. For that reason mainly, I give them 5 stars. The chairs really are lovely and exactly what I was expecting. It was just unfortunate that it was damaged in shipping.

The first pair I ordered both chairs were broken. The replaced chairs were fine. However, it is frustrating to open a box and find defective products, then have to pack them up again to return. The breaks were integral to the stability of the chairs and easy to see immediately once unpacked. This should have been caught long before the chairs got to me. I am not sure I will purchase any more products by this company. FYI, unpacking was quite a chore and designed to protect the chairs, they obviously were defective when they were boxed up.

These chairs are so nice and comfortable. Better than many formal dining room chairs. Love them.

If it weren't for the total lack of padding they would have been great and the quality looked allright.But whoever they subcontract to do their packing/shipping is not getting it done.

Chair are good material. Very sturdy and took only 10 minutes to put together both chairs

For the price, not bad, but don't expect A1 quality (get what you pay for). Needs assembly, but wears well. I do keep them covered in the winter (Michigan). Two years now and they still stand up to daily summer usage.
