95% plastic-but that’s OK.
I gave it 4 stars because the clamp’s capacity is deceiving. It appears to handle more than it can if it was made of a stronger material.I’ve been a woodworker over 45 years. I’ve worked with just about every clamping system invented from elaborate hydraulic & electric cabinet box clamping systems used at Kimbal furniture in Jasper, Indiana to steamed bent-wood chair clamping frames at Shelby Williams chair factory, TN.A plastic strap clamp like this for $10 you can’t expect to apply excessive clamping force without breaking something. Its main intent is to hold in-place a glued-up square or rectangular frame with 4-square corners. One could get creative and use the strap clamp without the 90° corners, but again don’t expect this clamp to over-press joints closed like a bar clamp could. If all the joints needing assembly go together nicely on a dry-fit without glue, then it should be fine. If joints needing to be pressed into place, this clamp may NOT get the job done. Also, the clamp screw is not very long so there’s not much range to over tighten. As long as one understands the limitations and don’t push it, the clamp should do fine. I’m just clamping-up some simple mitered corner picture frames. It will do fine for my needs.

EASY to use
I needed this to reglue a couple antique cabinet frames. This product is easier and quicker to use than traditional picture frame clamps. I haven't needed them since, but they were worth the price to get this job done.

Be careful!
Can't use on a flat table with small parts. They will pop off. Corners must be in the center of the strap so the pressure will be even. That requires most picture frames to be raised off the table. Not good. Great for cabinets and boxes.

Don’t waste your time and money
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using these clamps for the last few years. I bought my first one in 2021. Shortly after I starting buy 1-2 per year to have extra on hand. I build my own picture frames and use them for gluing the sides of my frames together. I now own 7 of these clamps and will not be buying them anymore not that I’m down to 2 that work without issues. In the past three months I’ve had five of them start to wear out or break. Most of those have only been used a few times over the last year and still look pretty new. The threads on the handle clamp area are extremely cheap and start to break and file down as I twist the handle. I never had this problem with the first ones I bought. The other issue I’ve had is the plastic barrier that holds the belt to the handle broke on one side.Unless you’re only going to use this a few times I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on their product. If anyone has any recommendations for a similar tool that’s made with better quality and durability please let me know.
