Crosley Furniture Alexandria 48-inch Corner TV Stand - Classic Cherry

The cabinet is very nice and the instructions were easy to follow. The "nuts and bolts" were nicely packaged and labeled well for ease of assembly. My husband did have to cut more holes in the back to accomodate wires etc but that went well without damage to the cabinet. Overall, I think the cabinet is well worth the price.

This TV stand is very sturdy and the finish is beautiful. Very easy assembly. We love it. ❤️

a few scratches on side panel

Very well made and sturdy. Well packaged, received undamaged. Lots of space for all our stuff. The instructions were pretty clear, it took two adults about two hours to put together.

I really liked, but hesitated to buy this unit when it was priced at $480, but when the price dropped by nearly $100, down to $382, I had no problem purchasing it.I took time and care during assembly (due to a prior back injury) and took about 2 hours to finish. the inserts for the cambolts are plastic, so I highly recommend not over-tightening them. The finished unit is not too heavy, but sturdy.The mahogany color is mostly deep brown with some reddish highlights; some might even equate it to "expresso" in terms of color.Overall, a nice addition to my living room.

Relatively easy to assemble, good overall quality product with simple installation instructions.

The Good:* There was a big hole in the box upon delivery but they did a good job of packaging it so nothing on the inside was damaged from the delivery.* Once it is together it looks pretty good and fits nicely where we wanted it. I like the beveled glass in the doors. The main reason I bought this online was it was hard finding a corner type TV stand in local stores.* The finish on the top piece had no flawsThe Bad:* There are many many pieces. Expect to spend 1.5 to 2 hours assembling this thing.* I'm not sure if their production values have changed over time or what but my experience does not match some of the early reviews of this product. A lot of the pieces in the rear (that you will probably never see) had flaws in the finish or are extremely flimsy. One of the pieces in rear had obviously been dropped and I considered returning it until I figured out you would never really see it.* They use the same feet from a square version of this stand (to cut production costs I assume) so the rear feet look a little odd on the back. You never see them so it's not the end of the world but for $400 bucks more attention to detail would be nice.* At one point midway through you have to flip it over. Be extremely careful when you do this. Even with my wife helping me to flip it over slowly the pieces are so precariously attached one of the internal screws ripped slightly out.* On attaching the bottom, one of dowel (peg) holes wasn't drilled quite deep enough so when I pushed on the bottom to try and seat it, the dowel pushed through the bottom because it's made of quality particle board (<--sarcasm).Overall there were too many times when I was like "I guess it doesn't matter, you won't see that.". If this was a $250 stand from wal-mart or Ikea it would be different. I'm not expecting Bassett furniture quality or something but for $400 I expected a little more than I got.

looks great, holds a lot, all my components fit well.

This stand met my expectations in terms of size and functionality, assembly took some time but if you are comfortable with tools it is not problem, just take your time and make sure you follow the instructions.I had a little problem with one of the screws as it was not holding very well but I just replaced it with bigger one and that was it. It includes an anchoring system but the unit seems pretty stable.I gave 4 stars because in some parts at the front the finish can break and reveal some of the material underneath.

We were pleased to have it delivered quite quickly consideringthat we live in Canada. Also the instructions for assembling it were so specific and helpful.A good (but expensive) purchase. Five stars!

Well made and easy to put together. Our 55" fits just great

We are very pleased with our tv stand .It went together very well. Was expecting more solid wood. Two doors were marked I called about them and within 2 weeks we had the new doors delivered to our door . Great service. Thanks Heather

We purchased this TV stand in November 2014. After finally receiving it, 2 people went about assembling it: my brother-in-law, and my boyfriend. Note that my brother-in-law is a carpenter by trade, so the mounting and assembly of any furniture is easy for him. After reading the instructions, he said "the assembly would be easy and quick". It was not!!!!TERRIBLE PRODUCT ASSEMBLYThe only reason why this got put together is because my brother-in-law is a carpenter. The cam-locks did not lock completely and loosened even after tightening, the wooden dowels did not align with the holes, the backing had to be cut to fit, glue had to used to insure that the top and sides would not come off when moved, and the doors all had to be adjusted by drilling holes to align them.Description says the furniture is "Solid Hardwood & Veneer Construction", but mostly veneer and particle board. This product should sell for about $169.99 at most, and even at that, only if you have a brother-in-law/carpenter around willing to help you for free.For all this, I would not recommend you pay even the "reduced" price.
