Description
Keep your pump running at top efficiency with this pair of Intex Replacement Hose Adapter A with Collars. This is a genuine Intex OEM replacement part so you know it will keep your pool safe and working properly. This adapter converts threaded hoses to clamp style hoses and 1.5 and 1.25 hoses for Intex pool sets. It fits all Intex 4000, 2500, 2000 and 1500 gallon per hour filter pumps that use threaded hose connections, as well as Intex chlorine generators and salt systems that use threaded hose connections. Intex conversion kit fitting. One end has threads (usually for connecting a 1 1/2 inch threaded end hose). The other end compresses onto a fitting by twisting the grey adjustment ring. Thereby squeezing down to make an air tight seal on the fitting.

Works Fine
Received the package and all seemed fine. When installing it did seem to have a little trouble tightening but It worked for the time being. The company selling reached out to me in order to ask me if I was having this issue. When I mentioned having some issues they gave me a 50% refund. And has since been checking in to make sure not only that I received the refund but also suggesting a fix. It has yet to leak but I'm glad I was given a refund in case I do have to buy another part to make it more secure. I would buy from them again. Their value they have for their customers speaks volumes

Works with intex sand filter great
Works with intex sand filter. I had gotten 2" collapsible blue hose and it works with it using hose clamps with a little dripping. If you get 1 or 1.5 inch hose it would seal perfectly

More parts than needed but that’s ok.
I used only one of these 4 pieces but I wanted to make sure I had what I needed and the part was perfect. It was an exact fit and helped me connect my Intex pump to my Colman pool. I’ll keep the spare parts on hand just in case I need it in the future.

Great idea.
Great idea , but should have came with pool. Does allow you to have a better fit. These also need support to use to your advantage. Overall great design better fit.

Exactly what I needed
I needed to get discharge water away from filter/pump and pool. Used this to connect to discharge on the filter/pump and connected the 25’ of flat discharge hose to the connector with a hose clamp. Works great!

Poor description
Nicely made quality item. However, the description was a little misleading so I had to return this item as it was not what I needed
