Love At First Sight
From the moment I held the box in my hands, perfectly packaged and done so with such pride, I knew I was going to love what I was about to see. Before owning this faucet...I don’t think in 50 years i had ever had a feeling one way or the other about a faucet. Not with this one! It is the only faucet I have ever described as, “my favorite faucet I have ever owned”!For one, and the most heartwarming reason of all, is it is MADE IN THE USA!!!!! That alone should make you smile!! It does me! I wish Amazon would have a filter for just this purpose as I really do want to support more USA companies!Secondly, it is beautiful, both inside and out! I purchased the oill rubbed bronze. It is mostly black with just a touch of bronze coming thru. It is very rich in color and has the prettiest finish...it is precisely What I was looking for. The feel is that if something of quality. No rinky-dink feeling st all. The faucet just feels substantial.Thirdly, let it rain...or pour!! I have never in my life had a faucet that when you turn on the water is not shy about coming out! When using the handheld device, the water pressure Is excellent. When you want to fill up the tub...watch out! The water comes out with such a strong flow that it takes only moments to fill up.If the look on my husbands face would be anything less than wondering if I had lost my mind, I would replace every faucet in my home with a faucet from Kingston.Thank you Kingston for making such a beautiful and functional faucet!

Looks great and works well
This is the third faucet I bought to install in my newly tiled bathub/wall. I'll admit I didn't read the fine print on the first and didn't know enough on the second to get it right. But after ordering on with an IPS fitting, one with NPS, and now on to the correct NPT fitting, I'm a happy camper. NPT is the standard copper piping that a lot of you will have in your house. NPS and NPT don't fit together, nor does IPS fit with either. So double check what you're connecting this to, this is an NPT fitting! That said install was easy and everything works well. No leaks, the knobs move easily and firmly. There's no having to 'tighten' it enough to close properly. It has a hard stop with very positive feedback. Since the whole unit sits outside of the wall valve replacement in the future will be a snap. The shower attachment is very nice also. One of the earlier versions I tried didn't have metal on the shower hose, it looked crappy. This one is super nice.I'm impressed with the quality of kingston brass stuff, I will say do the extra legwork and make sure what you're getting fits your plumbing. If you're not sure don't order until you are. That way you don't end up like me buying three faucets and still having to do the research.

Great!
Update: It's been 6 years and the only thing is one of the hot/cold buttons popped off. Super glue will fix it just fine. It still looks good and works well.My husband and I are in the process of remodeling a 19th century Victorian. We bought this to replace a broken faucet on our cast iron, clawfoot tub. It fits well. I was worried the arms wouldn't adjust enough but I worry about everything. Be sure to thread tape everything and you should be good. The shower handle has great pressure. We haven't actually used it to take a bath, just to fill the tub to check everything. I will update as that changes. I really love the look of it.It would be 5 stars except it did not come with new plastic nuts to attach it to the tub. We were lucky to not have broken the ones off of the old faucet. Also, it's pretty straight forward but if you're the kind of person who needs instructions, these aren't very good, especially if you're going to use it as a wall faucet. The instructions have all the little washers and things labeled with numbers but no key. And there are no instructions for the actual installation of the faucet.UPDATE: This has held up very well over the last year and a half or so. We use it regularly to bathe our dogs.

Beautiful
Great fit for my antique clawfoot tub. I would have liked the spout to be higher but works great

Very Disappointed
I received the faucet that my wife wanted. The hose was kinked. I emailed the customer service to tell them about it, It has been over a week and have had no response. My wife is very happy with the faucet but not the hose.

Great Product, But Installation May Require Handy Skills
Really like the faucet -- heavy, feels like quality, looks good. However, it required some work to mount it as I believe it is intended to be mounted directly to the pipes (as in the pipes support its weight, not the tub wall?) This was not an option for me as I do not have the original galvanized plumbing which would've ran from the floor and supported the weight of the faucet. Instead I have CPVC pipe coming from the wall, which would not bear the weight of this faucet. So, I ran to the store and bought some large brass washers, a couple rubber washers too, and nuts that would fit the facet's shanks and secured it directly to the tub wall. This worked great. In conclusion, you may have to come up with a solution for how to mount it to your tub, but the faucet itself is great. Also, if you buy the drain for clawfoot tubs, be prepared to cut the metal tubes to the appropriate length for your particular tub.Don't buy these products thinking they'll just "plugin," because they likely won't.
