Rich, Smooth Dark Chocolate, Safer to Eat
Ghiardelli 72 percent is one of the few dark chocolates that contains little or no lead and cadmium. It has such a smooth, rich taste, aside from being one of the safer dark chocolates to eat. This is the only chocolate I buy.

Part of my successful weight loss
While transitioning from a sugar and carb based diet at 345lbs onto a weight loss plan of my own design, I committed my budget towards1/2 to 1 whole bar per day after my evening meal. This has helped remove any cravings I had in the evening time without resorting to high carb/sugar snacks. I may wean myself off these at some point but to date, after 13 months, I have lost 100lbs so I'll keep eating these for now.

Good chocolate. Ghirardelli generally makes good chocolate products. The 72% is my favorite for eating.

A very good dark chocolate, made in USA, at a good price. Maybe not quite world class Belgian, but we like it, and we’re chocolate-crazy. It’s personal taste anyway, but worth a try if you have not had the brand.
